Got a red haired cat spawn of a feral mother. They made the transition to Texas okay. Thunder, lightning and fireworks have been challenging.

When I was much younger and on a college campus, I had a boyfriend that hated cats. I had a Siamese cat at the time that had a very loud meow, very loud. Beautiful though. This boyfriend (should have dumped him) took the cat out one day when I wasn’t home, and dumped him out in the country about 25 miles out. I was devastated, but being young and thinking myself “in love”, didn’t kick him out.

Lo and behold, a couple of days later, guess who turned up on my doorstep? Yup, my Siamese cat. Have no idea what instincts were at work that allowed the cat to find its way back home. Amazing. Boyfriend was very apologetic, but we broke up eventually and that was the end of that.

I was picked out by a cat, a pretty little gray Korat who I had for several years. He did not like guys over except for my dad. Women he liked, guys no. When I started dating my husband he came by to pick me up and when I came out into the living room George T Cat was sitting on him purring to beat the band.

The Cat knows.

Trust the Cat.

George crossed over the rainbow bridge about three years ago now.

Other cats have arrived and made their own place in our hearts but we still miss him. He was one special cat.
