French President Emmanuel Macron went full bore into the Ukraine situation in the last week holding phone conversations with Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden.
Macron also joining the Russian sanctions chorus at the end of the week looking presidential as the 2022 Presidential Election approaches (First Round April 10, Second Round April 24).
