The US Supreme Court reportedly voted to END Roe v Wade in a DRAFT OPINION by Justice Samuel Alito according to a report leaked to Politico on Monday night.
The draft opinion was leaked to the press – something that is unprecedented. Of course, most assume the leaker is a liberal clerk who hopes to change the outcome of the case.
Joe Biden responded to the leaked decision Tuesday morning. His handlers released a statement.
But back in 1982, Joe Biden voted for a constitutional amendment to overturn Roe v Wade and make it a state issue.

Nah, the story will be buried, or, as an explanation, he’s “evolved”..
Kind of like Bill and Hillary back in the day proclaiming that marriage should only be between a man and a woman?
.
Joe Biden also said mankind has one last chance to save the Middle East in Afghanistan and History would not be kind to Politicians that want to leave because they aren’t committed to the long term.
He essentially said only cheap Politicians bending to whims could screw up the Salvation of that region and defeat Terrorism.
Ben Carson asks, “If they aren’t babies that are being aborted, then why are you harvesting organs from them?”
someone said
“Its tough explaining the birds and he bees these days- Now parents have to explain the birds and the bees,
the bees and the bees,
the birds and the birds,
the birds that used to be bees,
the bees that used to be birds,
birds that want to be bees,
bees that want to be birds,
birds that only date bees that used to be birds,
bees that only date birds that used to be bees, And so on”
Why will the Dims want to talk about that? They might soon change strategies and say that the federal government has the authority to regulate interstate commerce (US Constitution, Article 1, Section 8), which would include trafficking and baby parts.
C’mon man, that’s a long time ago.
Corn Pop made me do it…bad dude…
The creep is a TOTALLY compromised POS

The person who posted the referenced statement about what Biden voted for concerning Roe v. Wade has the wires crossed imo.
First, if I understand the statement correctly, Congress doesn't have the constitutional authority to amend the Constitution. Congress can only propose new amendments to the Constitution to the states and hope that the states will ratify it.
Next, in stark contrast to the rights that the early states expressly protected with the Bill of Rights, the Constitution's silence on abortion means that the 10th Amendment automatically reserves government policy of murder of unborn children uniquely to each state, not the federal government.
If anything, Trump's red tsunami of 2022 patriot voters need to examine the Supreme Court's scandalous decision in Roe v. Wade, that decision arguably traceable to the ill-conceived 17th Amendment imo.
"10th Amendment: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
Patriots, please watch "2000 Mules," this Supreme Court abortion issue seemingly trying to distract patriots and undecided people from evidence of 2020 election fraud by desperate, elite Democrats presented by that movie.
Insights welcome.
I totally agree he’s compromised.
prior to his dementia.
Now he is Jills puppet.
So Joe Biden in 1982, in a moment of clarity acknowledged that the 10th Amendment negated Roe vs Wade legality.
But that was when his brain was partially working.
