The SDNY case against We Build the Wall has ended in a hung jury. The jury could not agree on the SDNY’s garbage case.
Last week, the judge doxed one of the jurors in the We Build the Wall case in New York.
Today, the case ended in a hung jury. The New York Daily News reported moments ago:
A Manhattan judge ruled a mistrial Tuesday in the case of a Steve Bannon associate charged with siphoning donations to the “We Build the Wall” charity — after a deadlocked jury said it couldn’t overcome its ideological differences.
The mistrial comes after the jury deliberated for more than 30 hours whether Colorado businessman Timothy Shea was guilty of stealing contributions to the fund from ex-President Donald Trump’s supporters. The charity aimed to privately finance a portion of border wall on the U.S.-Mexico border.

Shea is probably bankrupted by legal fees. If so, that’s still a win for the forces of evil.
And they will just charge him again.
The good guys win one by the skin of their teeth. Not something you see in this day and age.
In this case, the punishment is the process.
Timothy Shea may have requested reimbursement for travel expenses but it sure wasn’t “stealing”.
For a true picture of stealing, look at any urban or other democrat NGO or nonprofit.
Guess he should have bought a $6M mansion.
