On Tuesday's 'John Bachman Now', Sebastian Gorka discusses the January 6th Capitol Breach and reacts to the statements of General Mark Milley.
"Why are all of these star witnesses, the police officers who praised themselves. step in everybody else, why aren't they sworn in? John isn't that weird that the witnesses for this amazing committee born in that's a little bit strange if you ask me."
Can anyone confirm/deny that the witness to the January 6 hearings are not sworn in?
If none of the witnesses are sworn in, then I expect these hearings will to hurt the Democrats more than people think in November. They can not live up to "get Trump" narrative the news is creating for them. They only serve to abuse power while accomplishing no harm to Trump.For the midterms these hearings will not gain the Democrats votes they do not already have, while showing everyone else, one more time, how corrupt the Democrats are. Angry voters are motivated voters.

Not going to bother looking through more. None of this testimony has anything to do with the actions of the handful of people who initially violently entered the Capitol (many others went, but literally just walked in and did nothing else, even staying in the rope lines) - how they were so easily able to get in, why the Capitol was so unguarded, etc. That’s what should be investigated if the target is the Jan. 6 violence.
In terms of legal process, yes. It makes the all testimony properly legal, even though the hearings are a fraud.
