I think what he might be talking is the burbs. Around here a lot of them got rid of their police and decided to rely on state troopers that we all pay for, which means that city residents get double taxed. The burbs are what got us the Democrats in the last election. They are actually numerous enough to sway elections, farmers are not nearly as numerous, they are well armed, they are the ones feeding these lefty dingalings, and they know the lay of the land.
