Following the leak of the opinions from SCOTUS, protests mounted in front of the homes of conservative Justices of the Supreme Court. Brett Kavanaugh's home was among them. The protests were an effort to intimidate Kavanaugh into backing away from the potential reversal of Roe vs Wade.
Once the decision to overturn Roe, Kavanaugh's home was again the target of protest.
The other night Kavanaugh was harassed while eating dinner at Morton's Steak House and forced to flee out the back door.
All are illegal under Federal Law.
Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.Merrick Garland and his DOJ have their collective thumb up their collective ass.Nothing in this section shall interfere with or prevent the exercise by any court of the United States of its power to punish for contempt.
What have they acted upon?
These are real threats. One wonders if ShutDownDC is also hiring snipers. These overt threats might even be enough to stir a mentally ill individual to take up a weapon, as has already happened. The next time might not end up as favorably. Garland still has his thumb up his ass.

Many of us have spent weeks in armored vehicles & traveling through backs of buildings bc of right-wing threats. You don’t hear much about it.@GOPLeader McCarthy said he wants to promote House members who incited violence. Their feigned horror at protest is a silencing tactic.

Dox all of the conservative Justices' home addresses, and hope that some anti-abortion nutjob offs one or more of them.
It's the only thing that explains why Garland isn't enforcing the Federal law against picketing at a judge or jury member's home against these baby killing protesters.

Kavanaugh seems to be the target of choice. I am not sure why. He seems to be the most pliable. Maybe that makes him a target, the low hanging fruit if you will.
We know what would happen if one of our justices was murdered....they would pretend it was horrible and condemn it while privately relishing the idea that Biden can replace them.
Under NO circumstances should political violence be rewarded!
If a “conservative” justice is murdered, I feel that will mean open warfare in this country. I can see that happening rather quickly and spiraling out of control.
What their end goal is remains unclear.
Sadly, the AG is showing himself to be every bit the political partisan lapdog that everyone knew he would be when Obomba nominated him to the SCOTUS.
The entire government is corrupt. There isn’t a single agency that doesn’t have the stench of DemoNazi corruption on it. The next conservative president would do well to announce that ALL senior jobs in ALL government agencies were going to be eliminated and the new level of staffing would be 50% of the previous level. Especially people who were put into their position by an appointment by a previous president. And fire everyone in the FBI. They are worthless as teats on a boar.
If something happens to any of the justices it would probably be the spark that sets a forest fire like we haven’t seen in this country.
Either way it would be bad.
Democrats are willing to sacrifice any number of lives to get the power they crave so they would more than likely let all the Conservative Justices, you know the ones that back the Constitution, get knocked off in order to pack the Court. Don’t believe that? How many babies have been slaughtered in this country and they still want that to continue.
