The affidavit mentions probable evidence of obstruction. IOW, they don't have the evidence, but are guessing that there was obstruction. Sounds like it was strictly about phishing for something that they could accuse Trump with. Most likely, they wanted the attorney/client privileged documents that might mention something about January 6th events.
OR....
The DOJ wants to take back whatever documents Trump took with him that implicates Biden and Hunter in their corruption and crimes. After all, Trump was president and probably lost a lot of votes because the FBI/DOJ hid a lot of the evidence regarding the Joe/Hunter Biden crimes. The DOJ does not want Trump to use those documents/evidence in the 2024 election campaign.
The FBI/DOJ are in collusion with the Biden/Congress to 'get Trump', no matter what it takes and no matter what evidence/allegations/'facts' they have to manufacture.

Same thing they did to Alex Jones in the Sandy Hook civil trial... they found no evidence of any crime in the reams of discovery, therefore he must have destroyed it, ergo obstruction of justice.
