A new campaign by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the Ad Council encourages black Americans to build a lasting legacy by getting ready for disasters. The new campaign, which was developed specifically to reach Black and African American communities, will air nationwide as part of FEMA’s ongoing approach to advance accessibility and cultural competency in boosting the nation’s preparedness.

1. This will reach close to 0% of blacks.

2. Why do they say black and African American people?

I guess they thought they needed to due this after all of Madison Avenue’s ads have all the black people sitting in the woods eating S’mores, driving their SUVs across the desert or climbing a luxury SUV up the side of a mountain. It’s weird.

I guess it’s okay for them to be preppers too. Glad they have permission from FEMA now!

The message included the following:

“Sorry about that Tuskegee Experiment. Oh, and roll up your sleeves any time you are told.”

“to reach Black and African American communities”

Reminds me of Bob’s Country Bunker in Blues Brothers:

Q: “What kind of music do you have here?”
A: “Oh, we have BOTH kinds — country AND western.”

“..part of FEMA’s ongoing approach to advance accessibility and cultural competency in boosting the nation’s preparedness”

Word salad that means nothing. Apparently FEMA (Democrats) think Blacks are too stupid to know how to prepare for emergencies and must have special handling by big brother. Sounds pretty racist to me.

They think they are too stupid to do anything but procreate. To stupid to get an ID, To prepare for a disaster, to learn in school, to get to a voting location, to hold a decent job,..... And Dems gotta make sure they can kill the babies so there aren't toooooo many of them. just enough to tip the scale at the voting booth/dropbox/mailbox.

If I were black, I think I would be very offended. Oh wait, is that a free iPhone?

WTH does the bolded part even mean? As it is directed towards blacks, are they saying that blacks are culturally incompetent?

It sounds like something Kamala might say!

To cover their bases on which name they want from one week to the next.

I had this same conversation with a black Carribean while helping fill out paper work when he was an intern in the factory I was working. The stupid PC paperwork for the college only had “African American” He laughed at the ridiculous label. “I am not Africans, have never been to Africa, don’t know any Africans, and I’m not American.” I just told him to ignore the question.
