Does anybody actually buy the excuse that this was by “accident”?
I sure as hell don’t.
I believe that this falls under the “TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION” category.
And, of course NOTHING at all will be done about it and those responsible will continue on their merry way.

Did some states have lower Response Rates?
If people do not respond to the Census, how can they be counted?
