We are well past the times when purity tests applied in the general election could be administered with some sense of respectability. In those days past, the (D)'s who would go on to win and take office were by-in-large not anti-American, pro-communist, wanting to jail nearly half the country for their political views.
The time for any purity test must now only come during primaries.

There is no other candidate who can do that...go scorched earth. He's the only one that won't have to worry about poll numbers or getting re-elected. Equally important, he's the kind of person who doesn't let bygones be bygones. Especially all the evil they've perpetrated upon him.
This country needs much more than simply a fighter. Trump has to get elected in 2024, and the congress needs to be controlled by MAGA minded people that will work with him, and not against him.

You shouldn’t worry because the truth is if they can’t find a lone wolf McVeigh type on the right, they will supply one themselves and claim it is a Trump supporter to achieve their goal.
The fact they are doing this is far more worrisome. These people they are raiding are not criminals. That is what worries me. You don’t have to do anything wrong but they will make up a crime and threaten these people. When the judge, the attorneys and the jury is all on the one corrupt side, it is over for you.

It is a long shot at this point, but I suppose it is possible that SCOTUS could rule the 2020 election decertified at some point.
But there is NO WAY they could have “already decided” - that’s not the way SCOTUS works.
First, a state (or several states) would have to decertify. That means the state’s legislature would have to vote to decertify - a decision that would surely be contested by the state’s executive branch (Governor, SoS, Election commission, etc.). This means it would need to percolate up through the state’s court system - ultimately the state’s SC.
If the state legislature’s decision to decertify was upheld through all of that, THEN the SCOTUS would likely hear the case. If enough states joined the case, the SCOTUS would very likely rule that decertification was Constitutional.
But so far, no state has decertified, and we will all know about it if one does.
I believe if you read my post that you saw my detailed explanation of how the court may realistically decertify the election in October.
No, perhaps you had a detailed explanation in a different post - your post 55 that I was responding to had no explanation.
OK what I think is a more likely scenario is the case the court will hear next month regarding whether state legislatures have the total authority over election laws. Since the constitution says they do I fully expect the court to rule that way.
Since there were numerous instances of judges and state officials in various states including GA who blatantly changed state election laws in the 2020 election it would be a short step for the court to Decide to decertify the 2020 election and either declare a winner or call for a new election. At that point the military stepping in to maintain stability and oversee the election might be viewed as a prudent move.
For anyone saying this is impossible my answer is did you see Roe v Wade coming because I didn’t.
As I said, I agree it’s possible - even likely - that SCOTUS would rule that state legislatures have sole authority over elections - including decertification.
After all, it’s clearly written in the Constitution.
The part of your statement that I am disputing is that this has already been decided by SCOTUS, or that it is about to be decided in the next several months.
Perhaps you could share specifically what case this is - which states have joined - and what makes you think the SCOTUS is hearing it next month.
I did not say that the SCOTUS had already decided to decertify. I said it was being reported widely on alternative news. I provided a different more likely scenario.
Is there any updated news about this? As far as I can see the lamestream media hasn’t even touched it.
