The very thing that is putting DeSantis on the map. And the only reason he’s even there is because of Pres Trump. Not so much because the President endorsed him 4 years ago, where he barely beat the crack head he ran against.
For now, DeSantis is doing a good job of portraying himself as an ‘outsider’, non-DC Establishment type of guy. He talks like a regular guy at his press conferences and pushes back on the media. Something that President Trump is/was an expert at. As is Kari Lake and, truth be told, as much of a Trump guy as I am, even he can’t handle the press like Lake does. Neither of them can.
That woman is a straight up assassin when it comes to destroying the press.
DeSantis comes across as being a populist. Whether Griffin wants to acknowledge it. And when it comes to comparing him to other GOP Governors, he doesn’t have any competition. There isn’t one that is willing to do and say the things he does and says. When you look at guys like Kemp, Ducey, Dewine, Hutchison, and all the rest, he’s leaps and bounds ahead of the curve, but that isn’t saying much.
Either way, Griffin and the rest aren’t dropping that coin out of the goodness of their hearts. That IOU will be presented at some point.
That’s not an IOU that President Trump wants or would accept.

And here we have an excellent example of politicians requiring financial backers. Even the best of them because the price of admission is just too high for anyone of average means.
There is no one like Trump. True. There is no one like DeSantis. True. There is no one like you, or me.
We are all on the same team. The wide receiver thinks every play should be a pass. The offensive line loves the run play up the middle. The kicker want people to recognize that he scores the most points. The defense wants people to recognize that a good defense and turnovers win most games.
To win, all of us have to recognize that we are a team.
All we can do is wait and see. Many of these people are the usual elitist class ruling class that want no part of the MAGA movement which is the motto for these One World Globalists. Trump is their enemy and they will look for any shrill to do their dirty work like the puppet masters that put Demented Joe in. Wait and see. God is in charge. Trump definitely was not supposed to win in 2018. So all these articles out there I take with a grain of salt.
Look, NOOB, why do you post crap like this which is intended merely to create division and rancor in our ranks? We are blessed to have candidates such as Trump, DeSantis and Kari Lake who are all WILLING TO FIGHT FOR US.

I’m not buying the divisions you are selling. DeSantis has done a great job in Florida. He might be BETTER as President than Trump was. Or not. But grow a pair, baby, and we’ll see how things play out over the next 2 years.
Either way, and ANY way, I’ll commit now to vote for the Republican nominee. What about you?

In Illinois, Griffin backed Richard Erwin, a phony populist and anti-Trumper, in the Republican primary for governor. Both Democrat Governoor Pritzker AND Trump backed Darren Bailey.
Trump backed Bailey because he’s a legit conservative. Pritzker backed Bailey because he thought Bailey would be easier to beat than the phony Erwin, who is Black. Then before the primary was even held, when it became obvious Erwin would lose, Griffin high-tailed it to Florida. Florida?
Uh oh. Now Bailey is giving Pritzker a run for his money, and Griffin has moved on to backing another not-Trump horse against Trump.
This guy is an investment guru? He sure can’t pick political candidates. Perhaps he should stick to the OTHER rigged game, crony capitalism.

There is a stupid false narrative floating around at Jeb Bush is hosting a fundraiser for Ron DeSantis. That’s untrue.
Dems posing as Republicans are using a story from 2018 and purposefully omitting the date to suppress turnout on Tuesday and to spark party infighting.
Looks like Democrats are spreading propaganda to infiltrate our movement to try to destroy it from within, hoping that some of the most fanatical Trump supporters who know nothing about what DeSantis has accomplished will blindly go along with it. DeSantis is in the running for best governor for our side in the history of the US, and some of the self-destructive insane ones want to try to spread B.S. about him, because they mistakenly think it will help Trump. It won’t. If it is pushed hard enough it will only destroy the party from within and cost Trump massive amounts of support in FL, where he is currently still very popular, and very likely elsewhere.
The Conservative Treehouse is not a news site and never has been. It’s nothing more than an opinion and rumor blog, currently fixated on imploding the conservative/populist wing of the Republican party, seemingly ignorant that Trump and DeSantis will be best of buddies and allies again as soon as Trump no longer sees him as a potential rival for the nomination—and also unaware we will never win or have a future as a movement if we unnecessarily kill off our best warriors.
And how bizarre the line of attack is on “abortion rights, battles over sex education and LGBTQ rights,” where DeSantis has been consistently more on our side than Trump on these issues over the years and has more than proven himself on these topics.
God, I wish our side would stop with the suicidal death wish. There isn’t a governor in the nation who has governed more like Trump; yet a bunch of Trump supporters bizarrely think it’s a good idea to try to take him down, when he isn’t even opposing their favorite. To someone who thinks both are great, this just look like self-destructive insanity.
Sorry, Kenny Boy. I will do whatever is in my admittedly puny power to try to make sure he stays governor here until 2026.
