The Boy is sick in the head. All the money he makes (or made) and he steals women’s clothes? A private clothing designer like this lady would remember every finished garment she made.

Shades of Silence of the Lambs? He gets off on wearing clothes that belonged to and were worn by a real woman? Gets a kick out of wearing clothes stolen from real women?
If so, yes, very sick in the head. I wonder if he checked out what women in line at check-in were wearing, and sizing up whether their clothes might fit him or be made to fit him, making note of their luggage, then grabbing their suitcases off the carousel after the flight landed. Creepy.
I would make a guess that he has been stealing luggage for more than a decade (age 36 presently). Wouldn’t shock me if he were up into the 100-to-150 bag range.
Probably just browsing for female attire, instead of shopping. Odd ‘fetish’.
