Mark and Patricia McCloskey nearly lost their careers and gained felony convictions after standing up to a trespassing mob of Black Lives Matter “protesters” threatening to kill them and burn their house down. That happened thanks to the Soros-funded St. Louis Prosecuting Attorney Kimberly Gardner prosecuting the couple for daring to use their guns to defend themselves and their home in St. Louis’s Central West End.
Now Gardner’s facing her own legal problems and the McCloskeys are more than happy to return the favor by lending their support for campaign to remove the non-prosecuting prosecutor.
With their law licenses now restored and having concluded their one-year “probationary period,” the couple sat down for an interview with FoxNews. In that interview, they attack the anti-gun Gardner for a politicized prosecution of the couple who dared to stand up to a mob outside their home.
The McCloskeys describe Kim Gardner as “just as dumb as a sack of hammers” for trying to fundraise off of the prosecution of the couple which resulted in her removal from the case.

Not sure what you’re getting at - my only point is that most conservatives are UNABLE to understand just how evil the Democrats are. After all, how many conservatives want WW3? or want their kids to be Groomed?

You’re confusing focus and single-minded commitment with intelligence and cleverness. A pitbull is not brilliant. A great white shark is not being clever. They are just totally focused and unrelenting in the pursuit of their objective. You may say they are driven by instinct and I’ll say that Democrats are driven by an equally powerful force.
This is why I say Democrats are better at being democrats than Republicans are at being Republicans. They don’t have any Romney’s or Liz Cheneys. Compare how their Senate leader acts in support of their agenda vs Cocaine Mitch. Schumer is not clever or brilliant, he is just 110% committed to the Democrat narrative - how else could he possibly say the words he said today about Tucker Carlson’s reporting?

But we’re stuck with what we have - and like it or not, there are still some Republicans who are sometimes on our side, while the Democrats (Ukraine War Cheerleaders) simply want this country DESTROYED (as is obvious with their Ukraine policy)...so I’ll keep voting GOP in November, since ‘less worse’ is still much better than ‘pure evil’.

Indeed - I worry that St Louis is a lost cause, along with Chicago. I have lived in both cities. Detroit, Memphis and Jackson MS pretty much goners too.

Ay some risk I might want to expand that to all appointed and elected black women. Brilliance does not shine amongst them.
I’ve been afraid we have lost for a while myself. The border is a bleeding sign we have.
Question I have is when did it happen? There is no definite date but one that keeps rising in my mind is when Neal Bork was crucified and not elected as SCOTUS. While there have been intermittent rises and falls of the right it’s generally been a gradual ascent of the left since. I can’t think of a better pivotal moment.

On Kim Gardner incapable of being dumb. I have a story to share:
In 2001 we took our twins to their first day of college and they had a financial meeting for parents while the kids were led around campus on a tour. We listened to various somewhat pointless discussions on financial aid available and campus jobs. Then a question and answer session was started and at some point a black woman stood up and asked “what am I supposed to do with all this money?”. She explained her son had so many grants and scholarships they literally didn’t know how to spend it all. She talked , acted and behaved about as one would expect a low intelligence and class person to act. If I remember correctly she was from Louisville.
I was stunned as my children both had good grades in HS, my son especially was about in the top 10% of his class, and they got almost ZERO grants or scholarships. Next as if on cue the meeting was soon announced to be over but with a caveat—-All Black parents were to stay for a “Special” meeting.
So I don’t entirely agree with the premise that to rise through college a black woman has to have high intelligence. The system is built to encourage them to rise.
Now I don’t mean to convey the message that all black people are of low intelligence or class and that many blacks do not rise on their own merit. Etc etc etc blah blah. I’m not sure if this message will be construed as racist but I do know it was 100% accurate because I was there. It happened at Western Kentucky University—fall 2001.
PS as another example of leftist politicians by nature having to be intelligent just look at John hello and goodnight everybody Fetterman.
