I think only Marjorie Taylor-Green showed up in NY yesterday. Where were all the others? Just a reminder of how disgusting the GOP is, when they had the majority in the Senate during Trump’s turn, they had their own “Russia Collusion” investigation going on that continued even after the Mueller investigation concluded. When Lindsey Graham was asked about it, he said, “Let it play out”. Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, fought harder against Trump than they ever fought against 0bama.

Meanwhile...

Leonardo DiCaprio testifies that CCP-linked Malaysian financier, now a fugitive, sent $30 million to Obama during 2012 campaign “He told me that he, or he and a group, were going to make a significant contribution to the Democratic Party. … I said 'wow, that’s a lot of money.’”

“Replace the entire top leadership of the DOJ and FBI...”

If we ever win another Presidential election... and then it’s still just a temporary solution until the Dems come back into power and hire the scum back.

And that’s if you actually ever get a President willing to replace that leadership while knowing that the Senate won’t confirm any replacements and will retaliate against him for even trying.

Yes,

That is simply because the top leadership of every department and agency are straight up political appointees.

They in turn hand pick the senior executives within that department or agency which all have a “systems sense,” meaning they know which way the wind is blowing and what they need to get behind if they want to climb.

Sure, they know they have to publicly claim they are neutral and objective, but behind closed doors their loyalty is 100% to their party and the guy they report to.

They do everything in their power to use the powers of the department/agency they run in furtherance of the political/party objectives.

The real problem is who we put in charge of these government agencies and departments. However, at this point it has trickled down because you have many years of selective hiring, promotions, as well as political indoctrination and systems being built to where these organizations themselves are “contaminated” with a political agenda. Fixing the FBI for example, is going to be a hard task. It may literally just be better to bust them up and start over - reboot.

The GOP is too timid to take “bold” action, which is why they never win much or really seem to stand for anything more than re-election.

From google:

“Manhattan DA Hires Ex-DOJ Official to Help Lead Trump ...

The New York Times
https://www.nytimes.com › 2022/12/05 › nyregion › alvi...
Dec 5, 2022 — The official, Matthew Colangelo, who before he became a top official at the Justice Department led the New York attorney general’s civil inquiry ...”

Matthew Colangelo is not DoJ at this time.

SECTION 175.05
Falsifying business records in the second degree
Penal (PEN) CHAPTER 40, PART 3, TITLE K, ARTICLE 175
§ 175.05 Falsifying business records in the second degree.

A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the second degree when, with intent to defraud, he:

1. Makes or causes a false entry in the business records of an enterprise; or

2. Alters, erases, obliterates, deletes, removes or destroys a true entry in the business records of an enterprise; or

3. Omits to make a true entry in the business records of an enterprise in violation of a duty to do so which he knows to be imposed upon him by law or by the nature of his position; or

4. Prevents the making of a true entry or causes the omission thereof in the business records of an enterprise.

Falsifying business records in the second degree is a class A
misdemeanor.

https://www.nysenate.gov/legislation/laws/PEN/175.05

A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree when he commits the crime of falsifying business records in the second degree, and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof.

Falsifying business records in the first degree is a class E felony.

The term “intent to defraud” is important.

Defraud means according to my Random House Dictionary “to deprive of a right or property by fraud”. The “de” of “defraud” matters.

The New York County (~Manhattan) DA has indicted him. The feds have not.

The FEDERAL special prosecutor on the document case WILL indict him.

I agree. MTG was the only rep there at the courthouse yesterday. The GOP weakness and cowardice is criminal in itself.

Will not happen while the Uniparty has control.

The Uniparty is certain sure that they have an absolute grip on power, or the never would have indicted Donald Trump.

I’m pretty sure that forcing taxpayers to fund weaponized government agencies and Federal employees is unconstitutional. If it isn’t, it should be.

The Feds should be tearing Bragg apart by now for willfully and brazenly violating Trump’s civil rights.

The fact that they are not means that they should be defended by the party in possession of the purse strings.

Disband and defund every single Federal agency that has even tried to willingly and knowingly defy the US constitution. The Executive branch must be scrubbed squeaky clean. This is what must be done

The Feds are no doubt going to. The leftist globalist DoJ hack Jack Smith will come up with another hare-brained indictment very soon. A seat on the BS world court is definitely a give away that he and his superiors at the DoJ support GLOBALISM, which is the number one existential threat to the US
