Under shelling and arrivals, between houses burning from “parishes”, next to fresh craters, under the roar of Russian artillery - we, together with him, made our way to different points of the front and served our Heroes - soldiers ...

U.S. Attorney General said that, thanks to new legislation, it is possible to transfer confiscated Russian assets to Ukraine.
As informs Censor.NЕТ, it was reported by the U.S. Department of Justice, citing Attorney General Merrick Garland, who met with his Ukrainian counterpart Andrii Kostin.
“As I said last time, we are using the new authority granted by Congress to transfer certain assets that we have confiscated from Russian oligarchs,” the statement said.
Garland added that these assets are being used to help rebuild Ukraine.

Initially, I was somewhat sympathetic. Perhaps your son or daughter was working as a mercenary in the Ukraine- understandable- professionals take work where it is available. After seeing your screeds for months, you and your ilk, Marcus Maximus et al, however, all I can say is that you are the near enemy, a metastasizing cancer upon America. I am indifferent to the concerns of one group of foreigners vs another- unlike too many of our more recent immigrants who wrap themselves around the flag have no real roots pre-1900 or thereabouts, and many of the Slava Ukraine crowd seem considerably more recent than that. There is probably a lesson there. Despite this, and largely because of the shrill cries of yourself and your vile compatriots, and the evil regime you serve, I eagerly await the total victory of Russia and Putin in the Ukraine. NATO has been destroyed in the process, the only credible military in Turkey largely withdrawing. I cannot help but be thankful for the unintended consequence of ineptitude and evil.

The government of Ukraine is negotiating with partners on the legal justification and practical involvement of frozen Russian assets, which cover $300 to $500 billion, in projects to rebuild Ukraine’s destroyed infrastructure.
This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal during a press conference on Friday in Washington, reports Censor.NЕТ with reference to Ukrinform.
“We are discussing with our partners all possible legal mechanisms on how to confiscate all these (frozen - ed.) assets and how to use them for projects to restore Ukrainian infrastructure,” Shmyhal said.
He emphasized that it is the aggressor, not international donors, who must compensate for all the losses and destruction it has caused to Ukraine.

“We see this as the only significant, important source for Ukraine’s recovery. The amount is potentially from $300 to $500 billion,” the Prime Minister said.
He also said that this is one of the most difficult topics for the partners, but thanks to consistent work, there are already shifts. In particular, according to him, Canada has become a “driver” of the confiscation of the Russian oligarch’s funds. The next step is the confiscation of the Ruslan airplane of the Volga-Dnepr company. In addition, the United States seized the first more than $5 million and handed it over to Ukraine.
