.
Baier is a Creep.

He’s the one that led the charge to not allow Biden to be asked about
his Ukraine corruption or Hunter’s Laptop in a U.S. Presidential Election.

Trump should avoid the debates, but I suspect he’ll throw caution to the wind, and pay for it.

Tell me when you’ve ever seen Country Club Baier aggressive in an Interview?

What a joke.

FoxNews aspires to be CNN in popularity and MSNBC in shallowness.... this is more proof.

I would devotedly work for him. With an M.A. (3.9 GPA) and a proven work record, I would astound him with what I could loyally do. My work performance is beyond reproach. The criticism and job difficulties have come from conservative commentary. Give me a chance to take on those evil people. His criticism of those deep state individuals was justified.

“Who is this power that supersedes the executive office of the President? and where are they outlined in the constitution?”

It’s called the Law, in this case the Presidential Records Act. The law provides criteria to distinguish between personal records and presidential records. Basically, the law says that any documents created by or received by the President or anyone in the Executive Office that relate to the official or ceremonial duties of the President belong to the government and not to the departing president. The president can’t just designate anything as a personal record, and if he does designate what should be presidential records as personal, the DC Circuit Court has held that decision can be judicially reviewed.

If I remember correctly, when Romney was running for preezy, Baier came on a local conservative radio show that I was listening to. I used to have a good opinion of him, so was interested in what he had to say. This was very early in the primary season for that election, Baier went on to promote Romney in very lengthy and glowing terms. I was a bit shocked. It was when I got my real impression of Baier.

Another reason why I’m on team DeSantis. Trump has lousy political instincts. He should have asked for Sean Hannity in Fox News for his interview. But he’s stupid.
