DeSantis Lies Some More on Fox News
National File ^ | CHARLES DOWNS

Posted on 07/02/2023 9:10:56 AM PDT by SoConPubbie

Team DeSantis seems to have an aversion to the truth.

Ron DeSantis told Jesse Watters some extraordinary lies on Fox News Thursday night. This fact comes as no surprise as Paul Ryan has turned Fox News into a defacto DeSantis Super PAC.

Watters asked DeSantis about his disloyalty to Trump, and DeSantis responded with, “Disloyal to who? Politicians have to EARN support. They’re not entitled to support. I did a lot for him in 2016 and 2020 by the way.”

Receipts prove this is not the case. In 2016 DeSantis issued a statement, not an endorsement, after Trump secured the delegates to become the GOP’s 2016 nominee. DeSantis’ statement read, “In light of the exit from the race by Ted Cruz and John Kasich, it is now clear that Donald Trump will accumulate the delegates necessary to be nominated by the Republican Party.”

Roger Stone highlighted this, tweeting, “Congressman Ron DeSantis refused to endorse @realDonaldTrump even AFTER Trump was the nominee of the Republican Party for President in 2016. Add LIAR to the list of character flaws of the #FloridaFugazi #Ingrate”

FactCheck- This is a LIE – Congressman Ron DeSantis refused to endorse @realDonaldTrump even AFTER Trump was the nominee of the Republican Party for President in 2016 .Add LIAR to the list of character flaws of the #FloridaFugazi#Ingrate https://t.co/WQpRH8kRA9

It is a very well-known fact that DeSantis had little political clout in Florida before Trump endorsed him. With that in mind, it’s mathematically impossible that DeSantis had any meaningful impact in the 2016 election.

During the 2020 election, DeSantis did speak at Trump rallies, but people did not attend Trump rallies to see Ron DeSantis. They attended the rallies to see Donald Trump. Not to mention DeSantis and Pence had some pretty awkward moments on the 2020 campaign trail. If anything, DeSantis hurt Trump in 2020.

Ron DeSantis and Mike Pence will be at the same event in Iowa today. Iowa voters should prepare themselves for an awkward afternoon.

When massive fraud was occurring in the 2020 election, Ron DeSantis was nowhere to be found. Instead, DeSantis was dining with Fox President Rupert Murdoch. During that December 2020 dinner, Murdoch told DeSantis he would back him in 2024.

Watching this young punk destroy his political career is very satisfying.

He’s only going to get more desperate as his goal become unattainable.

The democRAT brain trust knows the only way the demented diaper sh!tter Biden and hyena Harris can win is to drive a wedge between Trump and DeSantis voters—and it’s working better than they could have hoped it would.

Keep in mind that the DeSantis ‘supporters’ don’t really care who wins the White House, only that it is NOT Donald Trump.

One might as well follow the Washington Post, the New York Slimes or NBC as to read this crap. Leave it to Pubbie to post it.

DeSantis deserves to be removed from the race. He is a back stabber, career politician, in pockets of globalist sugar daddy’s, and needs to be gotten rid of as quickly as possible.

*************

This has nothing to do with the democrats, they hate the 45th President & DeSantis.

The one guy that made “the wedge” possible is an ambitious Governor from Florida.

He chose his path & will pay the political price.

Charles A. Downs, via University of Miami A former researcher at the University of Arizona who is now an associate dean at the University of Miami “engaged in research misconduct by intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly falsifying and/or fabricating data” in six federal grant applications, according to a new finding by the U.S. Office of Research Integrity (ORI)
He probably don’t need to call anyone a liar

“When massive fraud was occurring in the 2020 election, Ron DeSantis was nowhere to be found.”

Florida got its counting done quickly, as did Texas.

The House of Representatives should hold hearings to why other states could not count anywhere near as quickly.

Back in reality...

Trump’s GOP ‘warriors’ lead charge against Mueller

"Look, we have some absolute warriors" President Donald Trump told Fox News on April 26 when asked about his relationship with Congress, name-checking Republicans like Florida Rep. DeSantis (left) and Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan.

While I remain a Trump 2024 supporter, I respectfully disagree with your assessment of our Governor.
