Plus take 10k-20k iu of vitamin d3 along with 100 mcg of vitamin k2 mk7.
Make your cardiovascular system great by taking 1 gram each of Extended Release Niacin and niacinamide twice daily along with 2 grams of TMG twice daily.
Plus get plenty of exercise each day.
