Donald Trump is on trial in a civil case for allegedly fraudulently inflating the value of his assets. It's is a victimless crime. Trump took out the loans and paid them back. There were no complaints from bankers. The election denier James put Donald Trump in her sights as part of her campaign for Attorney General of New York in 2018, making several unsubstantiated claims in her boastful post. James' goal is to cripple the Trumps' ability to conduct business in New York and suck him out of $250 million.

Can anyone explain to me just why these people get so riled up over Trump? The economy was doing well. He didn’t start a war. He handled Covid pretty much like the Dems did when they took over. I suppose abortion gets them fired up and there are the mean tweets, but that cannot account for the level of blind fury they have had since he came down that escalator. I want to start asking libs to list exactly why they hate Trump, and I need to know how they might respond. I am expecting a lot of “uh, uh, well EVERYTHING” type answers (which is good, since it shows that they themselves do not know why they hate him), but there will always be a few who can actually enumerate some grievances. What Latitia did not tell us is that just about everyone who ever used a mortgage broker had a few of those numbers fudged to make sure the loan would go through. If they strictly enforced this, there would be 10’s of millions in trouble.

Anyone or any corporation who loans Donald Trump money is wealthy, knowledgable, and entirely capable of diligence regarding assets securing loans.
Where are the victims? Who filed a complaint and said “The bad man suckered me; I am not a sophisticated finance expert who should be managing money.”
Trump walked out yesterday with half a win, on statute of limitations.
Even if the judge goes hippie ape and makes another summary ruling on the remainder of the case, this disappears on appeal.
