The suspect is reported to be ‘an Irish citizen in his late 40s who has lived in the country for 20 years.’ But beyond this, little is known about the attack. Police and politicians have warned those wanting to find out more about ‘misinformation’. Yet, astonishingly, amid the destruction of the riots and the violence of the knife attack, one fact has been firmly established. If Everyone Can be “Far Right,” Then the Term Has Lost All Meaning

The National Socialist German Workers Party wanted a large, powerful central government, control of the press, the schools, and the courts. Group identity mattered to them, and individual rights did not. By any normal definition, the Nazis were Left-wing. But, since the German Communist party, funded by Stalin in Moscow, was a bit more Left, they branded the Nazi Socialists are "far right".
And for 90 years, people have accepted the idea that the Nazis were "right-wing".
And "Nazi" became an insult. Anyone you don't like is a "Nazi". And now anyone you disagree with -- some obnoxious feminist, a supporter of Israel, an environmental activist who doesn't go far enough -- whomever it may be, can now be shut down as a "far right" lunatic.
If everyone is ‘special’, then no one is ‘special’...................

But it's not totally new. In no way do I want to defend the British Union of Fascists headed by Oswald Mosley in the 1930s, but his rallies got a pretty unfair reputation for violence.
The British Fascists were an unsavory bunch who liked Hitler and Mussolini and who hated the Jews. They would stage rallies, like any political group. British Communists would show up and start attacking people. Mosley was knocked unconscious at one point. The Communists would attack people, and the Fascists would fight back.
The British government outlawed rallies by the BUF because they were so violent.
That was the British Leftist government weaponizing their own violence to discredit what they perceived as the right.

Watching CBS Morning for Blacks this morning and the story was “Far Right “ elected in Netherlands, then they fretted how 4-5 other countries were following this trend and wonder aloud why? It’s simple, people are disgusted with socialist crime ridden corrupt open border countries.

One of the funniest cases of this was when TCM showed the old Abbot and Costello movie AFRICA SCREAMS. At the end the program narrator said that the writers originally wanted the female gorilla to fall in love with Costello, but the censors said “NO!” So they said the ape was actually a “male”! Some wag at the time then said that “a female ape was bad but a gay ape was OK?”
The host then went into an agonizing display of “How could anyone say such a RACIST thing s that?”
