Shahid Bolsen (we've talked about him before, and he loves Hamas [Link to Twitchy article]) is probably mad the United States voted against a ceasefire in Israel (Link to Twitchy article).
So he thinks the United Nations should use Article 6 and, well, take a gander:
Invoke Article 6 of the UN Charter against the United States.
Move to expel America from the United Nations.

What is Article 6?
A Member of the United Nations which has persistently violated the Principles contained in the present Charter may be expelled from the Organization by the General Assembly upon the recommendation of the Security Council.
But we guess Bolsen didn't think this through, because we don't see a lot of people intimidated by his proposal.

Five minutes after the expulsion the eviction notice should be delivered and give them one month to get out lock, stock, and barrel. If they aren’t, arrest them for trespassing and deport them. I guess they fail to understand that if they are not working with the US representing the UN they have no diplomatic location to occupy.
The UN property is there becasue of a treaty between the UN and the US. That treaty becomes void if the UN expells the US and the US is allowed to recover the property the UN is holding.
The treaty reads under section 13 b:
Laws and regulations in force in the United States regarding the residence of aliens shall not be applied in such manner as to interfere with the privileges referred to in Section 11 and, specifically, shall not be applied in such manner as to require any such person to leave the United States on account of any activities performed by him in his official capacity.
If the UN expels the US, and the treaty being gone, there is no legal location within our boundries to perform activities and they must leave the country.

There was a UN-type organization that was formed after WWI, the League of Nations. The US never joined, and Germany was not included. It didn’t work very well. Organizations like these need the great powers of the world much more than the great powers need them. A UN without the US would likely be even more ineffective than the current version
