After years of denying they had anything related to Seth Rich, the FBI and DOJ were caught lying over and over again. In September 2023, a judge finally demanded the FBI and DOJ provide all they had regarding Seth Rich to Attorney Clevenger. The FBI responded requesting another 66 years before releasing the information. They wanted it moved out like the JFK assassination reports.
Then in late November, a Federal Judge ruled the FBI must hand over evidence regarding former DNC employee Seth Rich’s murder to Ty Clevenger.

This is big news since one year earlier the FBI was attempting to bury the information on Seth Rich for 66 years.
No media outlet has covered the Seth Rich story as extensively as The Gateway Pundit.
Judge Amos L. Mazzant ruled the FBI must hand over Rich’s personal laptop, work laptop, a DVD, and thumb drive within 14 days.
Attorney Clevenger tweeted this out late last night.

This is easy, the Judge just JAILS the US Attorney for contempt of court and issues a Bench Warrant for Wray.
The fbi is an armed branch of the government. It is currently 100% dedicated to the service of the democrat party, which has ordered it to use its awesome power to harass, persecute, and prosecute the political enemies of the democrats.
The fbi sees no reason why it should obey a court order, when it has already been weaponized as an instrument in violation of the Constitution.
Not just at the highest levels.

If you were behind or complicit in the DNC’s hit on Rich, maybe you would be obfuscating the truth as hard as you can. Recall how they hired the hitmen and then after the thugs killed Rich, they eliminated the hitmen in classic Mafia style.
Do Trump or Ramaswamy want a winning campaign issue? Declare that on day one, they will issue an executive order disarming the FBI - "they may not hold, carry, store or train-with any weapons whatsoever. While larger reforms are being undertaken, they will continue their investigative work, but any raids conducted should coordinated with local police and sheriffs."
That would send a message, and is do-able immediately.

We seriously need a Citizen Prosecutor’s Office to go after corrupt government employees since a corrupt government will never do that.
