My main issue, by miles, is immigration.

They examined cratering and debris left by the recent attacks then and determined they were fired from “Ukranian government controlled areas”. In other words the Ukranian Army was targeting and killing civilians, you can’t get around this and it’s preposterous to try and do so. Town are made up of civilians— they were targeting towns. Any fool knows this.
The Ukranian army knew the weapons were area effect weapons which IS EXACTLY the reason why they were used. They wanted to terrorize and affect the people in those areas. Both military and civilians. Otherwise they would have used conventional artillery tubes which can be precisely targeted…relatively.
I decry both sides which destroy civilian areas and their inhabitants. Yet you are subtly trying to change the subject. The original topic was my assertion Russia had some valid reasons for the invasion, maybe not from a Ukr or NATO view but valid nonetheless.

False. Prove the losses on both sides with reliable counts. Specifically include ALL of the losses from foreign soldiers (on both sides), Prisoners, Wagner group, and military regulars. What a death toll. Who knows, maybe the Russian people will start to notice and protest. Can you imagine Russian mothers and women noticing the death toll for Putin’s war of aggression and profit?
They would already ‘notice’ if their sons and husbands had been killed, had the claims of 6 million dead been true. There are Ukrainians who track funerals in Russia, comb through publications for notifications etc. They’ve never come close to counting 6 to 8 million dead.the numbers I’ve seen are often close to 400,000

I would like there just to be peace. It’s a stupid war with stupid prizes. Russians back to Russia, somebody get rid of Zielinski, and everybody get back to families and farms.
I believe Z’s days are numbered. He’s supposedly vying with his military leader for the top spot now. Because Z/NATO pushed the war far past the point where the Ukraine could win, it meant Russia had to invest heavily in soldiers and materials to continue to fight for no real chance of Ukrainian gain (actually, I’ve read that Biden admin pressed the Ukraine to continue fighting when they wanted to negotiate peace). Because of the pointless extension of the war, it’s likely Russia and the Ukraine’s other neighbors will divide the land and the Ukraine will be no more.
You can believe what you want. The propaganda is so thick nobody really knows. What I do know is this: 6 months the Ukrainians have not lost an Abrams tank-Why? Because they haven’t committed them. The Ukrainians have never had air superiority, and that could change quickly, and be very bad for Russia. The peace ends Ukraine with division between Poland and Russia, then another war is a guarantee.
It’s NATO’s stupid war - NATO can end it. Or they can just wait for Trump to take office.... ;D
Well we agree here, Trump will end the war. It would have never started if he was in office. I don’t know what Trump’s plan is, but I suspect it will be to tell Putin to get out or he will amputate most of the Russian military in place. He will tell Zielinsky to go to the peace table and make a deal, or the US won’t support. Then both sides are motivated to make a deal. Russian supporters are idiots to believe that Trump won’t bring ‘repercussions’ for Putin, he will. The good news is, that this will effectively end the war,save lives and prevent more militarization of Ukraine. With Biden, you will just get enough weapons and money into Ukraine to make a few people rich and a lot of people dead on both sides.
If your going to post propaganda about the war, or jump on board with the propaganda, at least post a map or link to all of the Territory gained the day before, with a summation of casualties on both sides, reported. I think you will quickly realize, the lines aren’t moving much. I don’t call that winning, but you can have your own opinion. Ukraine would have committed the equipment it has received if it were desperate, and it certainly wouldn’t be rotating troops in and out of the front lines. No, I don’t see Ukrainian collapse (it might in the future) and I certainly don’t see the Russians taking much ground. It’s WWI stuff for now. The path to victory for Ukraine is air superiority, the path to victory for Russia is human waves with horrific losses. By Deep State design, nobody is winning.

The death toll disparity got much worse when the Ukrainians kept sending their soldiers without air support to attack entrenched Russians. It was basically too easy for the Russians to kill disproportionate numbers of Ukrainians in that set up (5 defensive lines embedded with Ukrainians attacking, and when the Ukrainians were driven back they found their retreat path was now mined.”)

Think of the effects on the future that migration had. War with Mexico, states formed, gold rush, Indian wars etc etc

Your posting Russian propaganda. The Ukrainians have done nothing but defense for months, maybe a counter attack or two here and there. Look at the map, it hasn’t changed much and certainly no major Ukrainian offense operations in 3-4 months. The Russians use Human Wave attacks to gain feet/yards, with horrific losses. That’s “winning” to them I guess.
Your conclusion (the Ukranian Army was targeting and killing civilians) does not follow from the evidence nor was it the conclusion of the authors of the video and the article. Rather, their complaint was that the rockets were inaccurate and should not be used near civilian areas. The video specifically states that the strikes occurred in areas controlled by the insurgents and close to the front lines. No, there was no deliberate targeting of civilians.
Again, where is your outrage at 9,614 deaths and 17,535 injuries of Ukrainian civilians (as of September 10, 2023) caused by the Russians?
