Watch: Does President Trump have that missing CIA binder that the Deep State is sooooo desperate to find? New info emerges…

Where’s the binder? That’s the burning question echoing through the swampy marshes of DC, and it’s been hanging in the air for some time. Rumor has it, this binder is packed with the real story behind the Russia Hoax—a narrative that deviates sharply from the widely reported “tip” originating from our Australian pals. Insiders suggest this saga didn’t kick off on some whim but was a coordinated effort by the CIA, Obama, and the FBI. CNN, of course, spins it as a dossier uncovering Russia’s plot to meddle in elections. Yet, the buzz among those in the know hints it’s more about how the US played its own hand in the 2020 election meddling saga.

CNN:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A binder containing highly classified information related to Russian election interference went missing at the end of Donald Trump’s presidency, raising alarms among intelligence officials that some of the most closely guarded national security secrets from the US and its allies could be exposed, sources familiar with the matter told CNN.
Its disappearance, which has not been previously reported, was so concerning that intelligence officials briefed Senate Intelligence Committee leaders last year about the missing materials and the government’s efforts to retrieve them, the sources said.
In the two-plus years since Trump left office, the missing intelligence does not appear to have been found.
The binder contained raw intelligence the US and its NATO allies collected on Russians and Russian agents, including sources and methods that informed the US government’s assessment that Russian President Vladimir Putin sought to help Trump win the 2016 election, sources tell CNN.
The intelligence was so sensitive that lawmakers and congressional aides with top secret security clearances were able to review the material only at CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia, where their work scrutinizing it was itself kept in a locked safe.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

That binder is thought by many to be in President Trump’s possession, and that’s the real reason the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago.

Matt Couch @RealMattCouch · Follow So now its' coming out that the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago because they wanted a Binder that showed the CIA and Five Eyes were behind the Russian Collusion Hoax to frame President Trump..

This makes little sense to me. A binder that has all kinds of highly classified data of a coordinated effort by the CIA, Obama, and the FBI. The FBI raids Mar-a-Lago to find it.

My understanding is that the government (CIA, FBI) has the information. It's not like they need to get their hands on information.

The goal, I believe, it to get the document OUT of the hands of Trump. It's too dangerous. Too useful for Trump. If he wants to expose the Deep State, that binder is extremely helpful for Trump. So the FBI raided Trump to get the binder away from him.

They may ALSO want to indict him for having it in his possession, but the primary goal isn't to "get him" for holding a classified document. The goal is to get it away from him so he can't sink them with it.

Hi!
in my humble opinion,
almost all TV is not worth watching (especially the leftist propaganda and irrelevant garbage passed off as “news”)

your time is better spent here on FR or
(while I don’t always agree with everything) listening to Sean Hannity or Mark Steyn

at least you’ll get some exposure to a few of the more important things that are going down. then, sift through them for common causes (George Soros and his various “foundations” for starters,

Wouldn’t that be wonderful. I’m not holding my breath. It’s been 61 years, and we still don’t know who killed JFK

Yours is a very astute credible analysis of the elusive binder.....
very possibly the result of internal audits to explain where
pieces and parts of a sensitive covert operation existed.

So maybe 40 or-so different reports are bundled into one binder
for easy reading and is lying about somewhere waiting to be found.

I would venture to say the exact nature of the Trump
prosecutions tell the tale as to who would be culpable.

My guess, if there is even such a binder, “they” want it out of his hands. Seems to me if he had it one would think he would have used it by now. So, I am not holding my breath it exists at all.

Meanwhile, I do not ever recall seeing any info on the Hitlery Fund ever seeing the light of day.

It all comes down to money. Money is power. IMO, many international bribes laundered through the Clinton fund. The Bidet probably figured he would play a similar role using his family as buffers. There are a host of operations running at all times up in DC. Some use the political apparatus, some use the non profits, some use the halls of corporate America. But consider, there are trillions of dollars running around DC each year, numbers that are not possible for the mind to comprehend. Any relatively small percentage is a huge amount.

The deep state has become the king of organized crime.

“If Trump had this he should have declassified it before leaving office.”

Prove that he didn’t.

The MSM will have to be dragged kicking and screaming to report it.....................

They never will. Their game is to ignore the truth when it comes out and find some other bogus charge to pin on us. Has any of them ever admitted the Dan Rather National Guard hoax was a hoax and held Mr. "Fake but Accurate" to account for it? Not in the least, he's always referred to as "legendary reporter and CBS anchor Dan Rather." Meanwhile, for over 30 years now, even the slightest mention of Dan Quayle gets the automatic paste of "and there was, of course, Quayle's embarrassing e on the end of potato incident at a grade school spelling bee."

No… I really believe China has it. DC is crawling with Chinese spies that have infiltrated our capital and our institutions. They are holding that binder over the heads of FJB, Clinton, and the rest who were involved in this criminal mess! They are the ones that are holding it. It’s in their hands and they’re going to use it to their upmost advantage. Besides, to me as we stand right now, America no longer exists as a fair, freedom loving country specially now when you have courts, the DC swamp and billionaires controlling this nation instead of the American people …A country cannot sustain its freedom when those who hate it are hell bent in destroying it for profit or agenda. Honestly, I never thought in my lifetime I would see our nation fall over the cliff so rapidly.

I’m guessing the binder, if Trump indeed has it, is his “doomsday” device. Anything happens with the “insurrection” trial I wouldn’t be surprised to see it on Breitbart, Tucker or with James O’Keefe.

Their not going to like it when it does surface guillotines getting greased up for high speed operations.

If you read the stories out on this, you’ll find that he ordered the material declassified before he left office.

The only thing that the government doesn’t lose is its tyrannical desire to control every aspect of your life.

General Flynn?

He was head of military intelligence and Trump tapped him for I think National Security Adviser or similar role. Word was that his mandate was to reform the intel agencies… which is why the FBI sought an interview with him and then charged him with giving false statements.

If this was locked in a safe at the CIA, then I doubt that Trump has the binder. Have they checked Sandy Berger's underwear drawer?

Must the president follow any specific declassification procedures?

The answer is a resounding no for two reasons.

First, Executive Order 13526 on its face contains no such declassification procedures.

The Order sets forth (1) who may declassify information and (2) what standards they should apply, but beyond that, there is no additional process required.

While both individual agencies and the Information and Security Oversight Office have developed additional rules about how declassification should be carried out, none of these procedures apply to the president.

Second, given the president’s constitutional authority over both classified information and the administration of presidential executive orders, even if Executive Order 13526 did establish constraints, they are at most self-constraints that the president has the power to ignore.
