Once again, Democrats are kicked in the keister by the other shoe

The other shoe. How many times have I said it here?

democrats are good at several things- lying, cheating, derision, ridicule and haste. What they are not good at is honesty or regret. And once again, the other show drops and kicks them in the butt. Now they may find themselves witnesses in a Biden impeachment.

When Special Counsel Robert's Hur's report was released he was the subject of unrelenting invective from democrats.

Special counsel overstepped mandate with ‘gratuitous’ Biden slams, say ex-DOJ Dems

Democrats slam ‘cheap trash’ about Biden’s memory as Republicans say he’s a ‘security risk’

Jean-Pierre slams Hur, says 'sharp' Biden does more in one hour than most do in a day VP Kamala Airhead weighed in

Harris slams 'politically motivated' report as Biden to name task force to protect classified docsSo did Chuck Schumer

Chuck Schumer rebuked special counsel Robert Hur's report that characterized President Joe Biden as having a "poor memory."

"I talk to President Biden regularly ... usually several times in a week," the Senate majority leader told reporters Tuesday morning. "His mental acuity is great. It's fine. It's as good as it's been over the years."

Schumer added that he has no doubts about Biden's reelection chances, insisting "he has a great record" and because "more and more Americans are seeing that record because the economy is improving."

Biden's lawyers pressured the DOJ about the report.

And the best one

Biden slams special counsel Hur for raising son Beau’s death

“How in the hell dare he raise that,” a visibly angry Biden said Thursday night from the Diplomatic Reception Room in the White House, where he delivered hastily scheduled remarks to address the special counsel’s report on his handling of classified documents. “Frankly, when I was asked that question, I thought to myself, ‘Wasn’t any of their damn business.’”

“I don’t need anyone to remind me when he passed away,” Biden added, appearing emotional as he referenced a rosary he wears that had belonged to Beau.

There was just one problem. Biden brought up Beau's death, not Hur.

President Biden attacked Special Counsel Robert Hur for bringing up his son's death, but it was Biden who first brought up the death of Beau in an interview, Fox News can confirm.

Biden brought up Beau’s death, not Hur, during his October interview, according to two well-placed sources familiar with the probe. The revelations came after Biden lashed out last Thursday at Hur, who investigated his handling of classified documents, after the prosecutor in his final report noted that the president struggled to remember details such as when his son died.

Even the heavily left wing biased DOJ got behind Hur.

The Justice Department defended Special Counsel Robert Hur's report on President Biden saying it was "consistent with legal requirements and Department policy" after the White House sent a pointed letter to the agency.

In the letter, obtained by Fox News, Associate Deputy Attorney General Bradley Weinsheimer defended the Hur report and its release to the public as being "consistent" with the DOJ's policy, and its legal requirements.

"Having carefully considered your arguments, the Department concludes that the report as submitted to the Attorney General, and its release, are consistent with legal requirements and Department policy," the letter, which was sent to White House Counsel Ed Siskel and Personal Counsel to Joe Biden Bob Bauer, said.

Ironically, that very invective could also be used as evidence in a Biden impeachment.

The topic of Biden’s senility has now been raised at the highest of levels.

And top Democrats are falling all over themselves to tell the public that Biden is still sharp as a tack.

Okay. Fine. There you go. Biden is your candidate all the way to November. See how that works for you.

Impeaching Biden is a loser move.

The American people, at least those that are somewhat coherent, want action on issues with immediate impact. The theater of impeaching Biden wastes time and money, and is ultimately futile. There is no way the Senate convicts the corrupt old pervert.

The Obama and Clinton controllers of the Democratic party have seen he is likely to lose in November. The Hur report is the opening salvo of their working to get rid of Biden and substitute another candidate.

Both the Washington Post and New York Times are running articles saying Biden should step down.

This is not a coincidence.

At the end Traitor Joe avoids any charges and the worst is an increase in doubts about his mental fitness. After the rats/MSM spend a few weeks doing damage control he emerges unscathed having committed another felony.

If Biden isn’t impeachable, then no one is.

I don’t know why anyone on the left would complain about the fiasco that has unfolded here.

The time for them to fight that battle was before the special counsel was appointed.

Under normal DOJ operations, a prosecutor who declines to prosecute a case simply walks away from it without any comment. But the internal DOJ regulations governing the appointment of a special counsel specifically require two layers of reporting by the DOJ

1. The special counsel must issue reports on the matter to the Attorney General.

2. The AG must submit a report to the Judiciary Committee leadership in both Houses of Congress upon completion and closure of the matter.

These dumb bastards in the Democratic Party have given President Trump plenty of documented support to get the entire set of DOJ special counsel regulations thrown out entirely.

Biden is the tip of the iceberg of who needs impeachment.

And total exposure.

Nothing is going to fix DC, except extreme downsize and prosecutions for the known criminals.

“Nothing is going to fix DC”

You can stop there. The only way it changes is collapse and revolution. I’m not advocating, just observing.

I hate having to ask this one, but is it OK to post Getty images (picture) on FR now?

(In a fair world, the corporate scum wouldn’t be so picky about fair use, but unfortunately, this is planet earth, where the aliens roll up their windows and speed up when they pass by.)

Impeaching Biden is a loser move.

I agree but include additional reasons. The dems are stuck with the most unpopular and week candidate in history. He can't even campaign. The vast majority of the country knows he to old and infirmed to be president.

They are in a real pickle, if they remove him their stuck with Camala they are doomed, if the stick with him they are doomed and stuck with a guaranteed looser.

Lets not throw them a bone and fix their dilemma for them. Biden is the weakest of the weak we could run against.

My prediction is that the GOPe will find a way to impeach and remove him knowing this will hurt Trump chances of reelection.
