CNN legal analyst Michael Moore is a former elected Democrat Georgia state senator, and later a US Attorney in Georgia appointed by Barack Obama.
So, appearing on CNN This Morning today, you might well have expected him to toe the Dem line in defending Fani Willis in her fight not to be removed as prosecutor in the election interference case she has brought against Donald Trump and 18 other defendants.
But Moore entirely upended any such expectations in his comments on Willis' testimony of yesterday, and on the broader issues surrounding the matter. Here were the highlights:

I don't expect her to be removed. Kangaroo courts, etc.
Everyone seems to be focusing on her lies about the relationship but what I am seeing here is that she started this case against President Trump in order to hire her boy toy and then launder Fulton County money through him and back to herself.
She’s embezzled Fulton County.
I’m not optimistic, but we seem to be surrounded by obvious corruption and injustice —
Willis and company lies on the stand and ... will likely walk away without penalty.
Biden is senile and incapable of serving and ... Democrats seem to expect to get 4 more years out of him.
Trump is innocent of everything and ... now owes $400M, and $80M, and (if the Dems are lucky) will get shoved into a jail cell.
Elections are blatantly fraudulent and ... will be fraudulent all over again in November 2024.
When does it stop? I think that more and more people are seeing the obvious. But maybe that still doesn’t matter.
Today was much worse than yesterday for the defense. They already caught Wade’s former law partner Terrence Bradley in an outright lie, concerning what was covered under privilege.
They already knew, via evidence, he knew Willis’ and Wade’s romantic relationship began back in 2019. They were just unable to breech the claimed privilege. That’s all being recalculated.
The defense has been fighting tooth and nail to prevent his answering questions and so was he. Now they’ve proven him to be a liar, they have to re-establish what part of his testimony/questions will be covered under privilege.
This was a very bad day for the defense.
I still have little faith in our justice system and even less when it is in corrupt Fulton County.
The proof will be in the pudding.

I’m NOT happy to see it happen but it seems all but fait accompli.
She’s testifying to stay out of prison. I think she is more worried about staying out of prison than she is prosecuting Trump at this point.
This is why when she is removed from the case, the case will be dropped. You are correct!

Not credible is a nice way of saying she’s lying her a** off.
