A federal judge in Las Vegas on Tuesday ordered the release of an FBI informant charged with lying to officials about an alleged multimillion-dollar bribery scheme involving President Joe Biden, his son Hunter and a Ukrainian energy company.
Alexander Smirnov, 43, who was arrested last week at Harry Reid International Airport, will remain under electronic monitoring while he awaits a hearing in California federal court on an indictment charging him with making a false statement to federal agents and creating a false and fictitious record.
In ordering Smirnov’s release, U.S. Magistrate Judge Daniel Albregts told him: “Do not make a mockery of me.”

So, when a Democrat President is alleged to have committed a crime, what does the DOJ do? Simple! ARREST THE ACCUSER!

Prosecutors say Smirnov, who holds dual U.S.-Israeli citizenship, falsely reported to the FBI in June 2020 that executives associated with the Ukrainian energy company Burisma paid Hunter and Joe Biden $5 million each in 2015 or 2016.
This will undoubtedly make him a national hero to some here.

The guy has apparently said he received the information from Russian intelligence officials.
I hope he can escape to Israel or Russia.
The jail he was being held in must have been too secure. Too many cameras that couldn’t be turned off, etc. So, they have to get him released so that he can be “dealt with” properly.
