'Adolf Hitler' Starts 10-Year Term In Gaza.GAZA (UPI) - An Arab guerrilla nicknamed "Adolf Hitler" began serving a 10- year prison sentence for terrorist activities in the Israeli- occupied Gaza Strip.
The prosecution at his trial before an Israeli military Court said Abdel Rahman Al-Samiri, adopted the name of the late Nazi dictator to show his hatred for Jews.

Two Gaza Arabs Get Life Terms
GAZA (AP) Two Gaza Arabs, one a 16-year-old youth whose guerrilla organization code-named him "Hitler," were sentenced to life in prison Sunday for murdering 13 Arabs who cooperated with the Israelis.
The two gave themselves up voluntarily last March because, they said, Israeli troops were closing in on them, and they had heard Israel afford. Humane treatment to guerrillas who surrendered. But the Israeli military judge, Capt. Yoram Galin, said: 'Their crimes were so horrible that the fact that they surrendered cannot be considered a "litigating circumstance."
He said he regretted he was barred from sentencing them to death. Mahmoud Jeni Zida, 24, and Abdul Hai Aita, 16, who was code-named "Hitler" by his organization, the Palestine Liberation Force, pleaded guilty.

Heads of the secret Nazi "Brotherhood," a political organisation with powerful backing, have sent contact men to see the Haj Amin el Husseini, former Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, and Britain-hating Arab leader who lived in Berlin as a guest of Hitler during World War II.
Other top Nazis who escaped from Germany after the war are known oy tne German M.I.5 men to be living in Arab countries under assumed names.
The ex-Mufti has tied with prominent ex-Nazis in West Germany through the "Fascist International," a mysterious Soviet-sponsored organisation with headquarters in Sweden.

Some of the West German Nazis are hoping for big business contracts in Arab countries as a result of their tie-up with the Moslem League. An Arab delegation recently toured German industrial centres and was received by Bonn Government leaders.
MI5 agents have details of how "Nazi circles mean to develop their war time contacts' with the fanatical anti-British elements among the Arab countries."
One of the ex-Grand Mufti's friends is Dr. Wilhelm Melchers, today a senior official in the Bonn Foreign Office.
During the war Melchers backed a protest by the ex-Grand Mufti, who demanded that 600 German Jewish children should not be al lowed to escape to Jerusalem.
The children were later sent to Nazi concentration camps and gassed.

It is most painful and depressing to thumb through the pages of the Arab press these days and to find tones on which even "Der Stuer- mer" could have prided itself. But perhaps this should not surprise us. It is well-known that Arab nationalism already in the 30's of the present century rejected the proposals of the Jewish National Movement to "live and let live". As opposed to Zionism that believed there is living space and room enough in the Middle East for a Jewish national revival side by side with an Arab national revival, Arab nationalism revealed traits of religious intolerance and chauvinism, and its leaders did not hide their dreams of "slaughtering the Jews and throwing them into the sea".
Nor is there any surprise in the notorious evidence of Dieter Wisliceni, one of Eichmann's close friends and associates, as given at the Nuremberg trial. In 1946 Wisliceni told of the understanding and collaboration between the Nazi leaders and the Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin al Husseini, who was one of the leaders of the Palestine Arabs, and even today occupies honoured place in the Arab world. During his visit, to the Gestapo Headquarters and to the extermination camps, the Mufti of Jerusalem was so impressed with the implementation of "final solution" and the "efficiency" of Eichmann that he asked Himmler to place at his disposal staff member of the 4R IV (Eichmann's department) to act as personal adviser. He had similar plans in regard to the Jews of Palestine, and he thought he would be able to implement them after the victory of the Nazi-Fascist "Axis". At any rate he cannot accused of the lack of readiness abd good-will to learn from Nazi experience. Nonetheless, the words of solidarity and identification expressed by the Arab press with one of the leading Nazi criminals once more show to what abyss Arab nationalism has fallen and what the spirit that directs it. We shall quote a few examples from this press. According to the editor of the Egyptian weekly "Akhir Sa'a" (15.3.61) all talk-about the holocaust of European Jewry is pure American "bluff". This is what Mr. Mohamed al - writes:
"The huge historical lie being circulated by the American press, which alleges that the Nazis exterminated six million European Jews. On the basis of this charge, or this lie, Israel is about to try the Nazi Adolf Eichmann."We find another note in the Jordanian newspaper "Al-Difaa" of April 13.
There is no disputing of figures here. Eichmann had "purged" Europe and in the opinion of the Arab writer, this is his greatest merit. "But why should we try Eichmann for his share in purging Europe from a plague called the Jews and, refrain from trying Truman for the crime of killing 500,000 Japanese ..."Remaining Six Millions-will be Liquidated. Nor is this all. Only a few hundred metres away from the hall where this shocking evidence is being given, an open letter to Eichmann was printed in "The Jerusalem Times" appearing in the Old City of Jerusalem, on April 24, 1961. In this letter we read:
"What a pity, Eichmann, that you allowed those swine to arrest you . . . Don't worry, Eichmann, it will in the end fall on their heads. You are accused of decimating six millions of this breed. Whether this is correct or not, it is not our object to debate this issue; but what we would like to say is ... that this trial will one day culminate in the liquidation of the remaining six million, to avenge your blood.Another Arab Nazi, Abu al Nadin, writes inter alia, in the e Syrian paper "Al Akhbar" of March 8, 1961:
"It is a great honor for Eichmannn that he is the greatest blood purger that ever arose in humanity; should very much like 'to be in Eichmann's shoes, 'even if he is subject to capital punishment or to the electric chair . . . Alah has preserved us alive in order to exterminate the Jews and the Zionists. We shall purge the Holy Land from this most detestable nation."
“THIRD OF ARAB LEGION “GERMANS”—REPORT.
HANOVER. (JTA) Every third member of the Jordan Arab Legion guarding the border in the Jerusalem resrion is a former German soldier or S.S. man recruited during or shortly after the war in a British prisoner-of-war camp, reports the mass circulation weekly "Heim und Welt".
The author of the article, who says that he writes from personal knowledge, recounts that these soldiers of fortune more than once greeted him with "Heil Hitler” when he introduced himself as a fellow German.

Jerusalem. — The recruiting of veterans of Hitler’s WaffenSS for an ‘Arab Legion' against Israel has come to light with the arrest in Hamburg of Wilhelm Adami, 62, a rightwing street brawler, reports the Bonn correspondent of the North American Newspaper Alliance.
Adami is accused of operating a recruiting service on behalf of Nasser. Evidence which formed the basis for his arrest shows that around 600 WafifenSS veterans were recruited, and that some 400 had already been transported to Egypt, while the remainder were, under ‘alert’ orders. Adami is said to have been paid between 500 and 750 dollars for each Waffen-SS veteran who signed a Nasser contract, depending on the mercenary’s particular ‘technical skill.’
There are about 500,000 surviving Waffen-SS veterans in Germany whose interests are represented by ‘HIAG,’ so-called mutual assistance society headed by Kurt Meyer, Hitler’s youngest general. Meyer was a member of the Fuehrer’s personal bodyguard and was held after the war by Canadian authorities as a war criminal.
