If this isn't satire then the statements made by the Judge are staggering in their implications.

1. A District Attorney can get on the stand and openly commit perjury, but it's ok because only the DA can file charges. So, a perjuring DA gets a pass.

2. A person can openly lie but if the DA doesn't want to file charges, that's ok too.

By those standards, how can people in Fulton County ever trust in the concept of blind justice again? What if there is a pattern of lies by the DA and/or her witnesses which sends people to prison for lengthy sentences, or gets them the death penalty? Well, it's ok I guess, as long as the DA does it.

If the voters don't toss both these jackasses out then they should never expect fair trials.

This level of corruption has not been seen ever since Joe Biden was president and Merrick Garland was US Attorney General. They were real criminals that enriched themselves and their crime families with millions, not like Fani Willis and Nathan Wade that enriched themselves with only a few hundred thousand dollars.

I for one don't like the decision, either. BUT...I don't think this story is done yet. Will the “defendants” file an appeal? If so, there is still time for justice to be done right, as in “everyone must follow the rule of law, even ex-presidents” ... and district attorneys, Fani.

Let the Bar do their job...Except they won’t do anything because she’s not been convicted of anything. We need someone to press charges....and convict this bi***.

The only condition Ms. Willis has to meet is to persuade her sex-partner Nate Wade to withdraw from the case. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Lex coitus interuptus

He had to pull it out , Fani is now seeking another heavy hanger.

Kangaroo court is one where a prosecuting DA commits perjury, misuse of public funds, and campaign fund violations but charges are dismissed for her by a biased judge who is up for re-election!!!!

To cover the tracks though a dolt acting as prosecuting attorney, who participated in the 'action', is simply removed from the case! Again, no charges!

BTW the defendant in the case, who did nothing wrong, is still on trial!!!!

Sounds like some sort of Animal Farm justice, now doesn't it?????

You forgot to mention that accusing certain people of committing perjury is racist.
