This morning Jonathan Turley said he was a life long Democrat and basically said the same thing. The American people have a sense of fairness and the NY case disturbs their sensibilities.

Luntz is looking at the independent vote in the swing states and he doesn’t like what he’s seeing. I think it’s too late to change much at this point.

If Letitia seizes any of Trump’s properties, she is bound to make a big show of it. Democrats will celebrate it like the greatest victory since V-E Day. Most of the pundits will probably applaud (apart from Levin, Watters, Hannity and maybe Ingraham). Most Americans will not know the legal niceties of the case and how James and Engoron have twisted the law just to get Trump, and the mainstream media isn’t going to explain it to them.
