Justice Sotomayor is not the brightest bulb in the box, so when she thought she had Team Trump by the you-know-what with her “fraudulent elector” theory, she must’ve felt pretty proud of herself. However, her victory was short-lived because Team Trump flipped the script on her and turned her talking points into ash during the back-and-forth over President Trump’s claim that he has “presidential immunity.”
Sotomayor found herself left holding her crumpled bag of useless talking points once Trump’s lawyers were done with her.

The self-proclaimed “Wise Latina” is actually one of the dumbest SCOTUS justices ever. Glad she’s on their side.

But she is still on the SC for life. She gets the same single vote as does Clarence Thomas. It doesn't matter how dumb she is.

She asked a question for which she didn’t know the answer. I’m no lawyer, but I figure most people in the profession should know not to ask them.
There’s nothing wrong with alternate electors.
There is something wrong with offering a false instrument for filing stating to the effect that they were “duly elected”. That’s what they did and in many cases are getting prosecuted for.
Pennsylvania alternate electors at least had competent legal advice that suggested having language that the alternate electors would only be in okay if President Trump won his legal challenges.
In considering further, I’m not as ticked at the alternate electors as much as the attorneys who concocted this crazy scheme and offered little in the way of legal protections for the alternate electors.

There is no such thing as a “fake elector.” They exist only in Democrat dreams.
A. There are ALTERNATE electors.
B. There are COMPETING SLATES of electors.
Makes you wonder who is giving her the questions to ask..

This argument really throws ice water, not only on J6, but on all the Dem controlled states like Michigan and Arizona that have been filing of late politicized fake elector indictments against Republicans naming Trump as an unindicted co conspirator who in reality had set up alternate electors.
