From the 1971 ad:
UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
Amendment XIV
Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
Who has standing to invoke this?

I am no supporter of John Kerry, not by the greatest stretch of imagination. But, c'mon, laying out the 14th amendment as a case against Kerry seems like the railings of either a crazed extremist or a fool.
Watch out, we have lefty-lurkers out there who see stuff like this and use it as a case against us.
As far as the ads go, I loved the 1971 one, but the world leaders one was a bit of a stretch with as much evidence to support it as Kerry has given that he has even spoke to any world leaders.

Great ad for the rabid (like me). Love the coordination of the music and the graphics. Unlikely to win hearts and minds of the great unwashed middle, however. Too "mean." Maybe something along the lines of WHO are they -- then start with the more "moderate" to the fully terroristic. Just my two cents.

Thanks, Been lurking for a long time. The upcoming election pushed me to take the plunge. I thoroughly enjoyed spending a few quality hours with my camera and editor. But the best part of the project was talking about it with my friends and family, before, during and after the video was made. In doing this 30-second bit, I was able to solidify my thoughts and state them clearly. The real fun started when I brought the finished product to work and sent it around. It initiated debate and made people realize and accept that W had made positive change in this countrys tax policy. I also wonder how many copies are pinging across the Internet already??
