Mornin'
Bright sunlight at 6 in the morning. What is this new devilry?
~Ruthy
Gees! I'm glad Scott put his box fan safely in the room with Ruthy and I instead of downstairs with 2J! All we need is 2J going box fan over us here at 6AM!
BTW, had to turn that fan off about 4AM.... it got cold! :-) Fixin' ta get my shorts on now though! Love this!!!
This is WN, right?
I think we can bet that was WN! ;~D
Good morning, all!
Is 2J fixin' breakfast?
stickle bats - yes the post about cold was from me - WN - gotta get used to signin' em. -WN
You don't have to sign 'em.... we know ya anywhere!
Did ya sleep good? Did ya have a good time last night? Are ya ready for more?
We all felt so bad for Ruthy, missing the flight with you folks! But glad you all arrived safe and sound.
I'm just about to start fixin' the breakfast...it appears we're having bacon, eggs and bagels with lots of hot coffee.
I slept on the couch with the window open and cool breezes from the Sound blowing over me...it was fabulous and when the sprinkler system came on, I fell asleep to the sound of it and it was very peaceful. I slept like a log!
Ruthy says it's likely because it was like 3:00am my time and I was exhausted. She's right, but I feel refreshed this a.m.
Ok...see you soon, Hair! I got my chuck taylors on and I'm ready to roll!
~~~2jm
Sounds like a good breakfast to me!
How are the dogs?
If'n it was Scott there's gonna be some Tacoma headlines...
Weddiong business?
I'm hiding..
The tomato plants have flowers, but I'm really worried about one of the plants. It looks really dry and sad, though I'm watering it and everything just like the other, which is now much bigger and greener. *sigh* I dunno what to do for it!
Also not sure if I should be tying the beans to the wire fence behind 'em somehow, or if they'll latch on themselves once they get a bit taller. Hm...
But it looks like a decent year for my plants, considering!
Nana would say your maters need more dirt...
This is really Scott...dogs is havin' a good time with all the company.
Very good! We're freer today than I thought. Have to clean up a little around here this morning from the carnage of company yesterday, but I just got off the phone with Dad, and he doesn't think there's anything that needs done that can be done today. He is choosing to put everything up in the morning tomorrow.
Sonya is coming up today too to meet y'all, and she'll be calling when she gets up.
Thank you, Sam!
~sniff~
I violated my own rules...I got headlines today in the paper for something the City did yesterday...which I called "bungling". I'm sure they love that...glad I'm not going in there today.
They aren't in pots, though!
But I AM half thinking of digging that one up, carefully...adding more "stuff" to the dirt around it, and then putting it back in. I'm afraid the shock would be bad for it, though.
But...ya think maybe I should?
