I have seen that before, but did not keep the address. Thanks for posting. There is some VERY funny stuff there. Especially some of the e-mails received from people who were offended that the guy was making fun of the scammers.

YES, that's it! Didn't he scam some of those people and actually get them to photograph themselves holding various signs and such? I remember having a roaring laugh over it.
If you search for his name, you'll find it. It's riotously funny.
