A friend told me today that Toby Keith, despite his rhetoric in the past, has endorsed John Kerry. This must have COMPLETELY slipped by me. I told him that this cannot be right. Does anyone have any info on this?
Haven't heard this.
Just because he's a patriot doesn't mean he's necessarily a Republican or a Bush supporter.
I know that's news to some.
my husband was at his concert this past Saturday here in No.VA and he said there was not a kerry edwards bumper sticker to be had in that crowd and that the concert was extremely patriotic. i will ask if he said anything about Kerry, but i find it extremely hard to believe that he endorsed him.

besides, if you boycotted all music, tv and movie actors/singers for their political beliefs, you would be one bored individual IMO.....
WTF????? Why would he support a French-like surrender monkey? Are they unpatriotic? .......... well, I would certainly say far less patriotic. How about that!! His lyrics don't support this, and that's why I'm asking.
No he is supporting Bush. I just read something about it in Minneapolis Star Tribune. He said he is a registered Democrat, but he'll be supporting Bush. It's a good read, but I don't have the link.

Being a Registered Democrat and voting for guys like Jim Inhoffe isn't abnormal in Oklahoma from what I understand.
I betcha he is a DINO. He is a FNC watching, soldier loving guy who doesn't like high taxes. He's one of us.

I listen to mostly 'alternative rock' and if I boycotted all the lefty singers in that genre, my office & car would be really quiet!
In the CMT concert rerun tonite, when asked if he votes, he said "sometimes", and 'not that it would count.'
