I believe Bush should admit that he "lost" the debate. The American public would be very interested to know why he thinks this way instead of hearing the nonstop "we won" spin. He could be very self deprecating but use his "reasons" for losing as a way to attack Kerry like he should have during the debate.
I believe I over extended myself visiting hurricane victims in the hot Florida sun. Perhaps I should have rested and gotten a manicure. I must have put away a gallon of water up there.
He did have me off balance. I couldn't believe the stuff he was saying. My facial expressions showed my incredulity.
I just didn't have it". I let Kerry get away with so many falsehoods.
Now he can attack Kerry for all the BS he put out there ... And show a little emotion!
How dare Kerry say Bush sent the troops off to war without the proper equipment. Kerry wouldn't even vote for the funds for the equipment AFTER we were at war. Of course his Senate record shows how often he voted against the troops.
How dare Kerry denigrate the contributions of our allies. He omits the efforts of the Iraqis themselves who have suffered terrible casualties in this war.
No we did not attack Mexico after Pearl Harbor, but we did invade North Africa, etc . Kerry underestimates the capabilities of the American military.
How dare Kerry blame Bush for North Korea's nuclear capabilities. Clinton funded NK's nuclear program just like Kerry is suggesting we fund Iran's nuclear program.
Yes Mr. Kerry has called Bush a liar. And his surrogates have called him a liar many times over. That would be a cute film clip ... Kerry and spokespersons calling the president a liar over and over again.
Belittle Kerry for blaming Bush for not capturing Osama at Tora Bora. The president is not micro managing the war, as happened in VIET NAM! The commanders in the field made the decisions at Tora Bora. No one is sure if Osama was even there or even if he survived.
List the successes of the War on Terror and praise the troops and the administration. Then slam Kerry for being negative and denigrating the efforts of these heroes.
Hell, Bush could talk forever correcting Kerry's lies ....
And the press would cover it because Bush is admitting he "lost" the debate.
ok now back to bed..that fever should be wearing off soon.
:^D
I like Toast. Toast is good, especially with butter or strawberry jam.
Who won the debate is irrelevent. Focus on Nov. 2 instead of getting bogged down in minutia. Polls are already showing that the debate did not change who people are planning to vote for.
Pah lease! The Press would cover the words "I lost the debate" and not cover a thing about how Kerry lied and the dangerous things he said.
Bush did not lose the Debate, he did not lie, like John Kerry. And more than that , Bush did not fall victim to John Kerry's attacks, they should of been ignored, because John Kerry knows no depths to his nastiness. Then the Debate would of been a real quagmire.
I prefer black raspberry preserves.
What is your feelings concerning orange marmalade?
I agree with you. The ONLY way Bush is going to shut them up is to admit it and turn it around and attack Kerry for the 'content' of the debate.
Farsighted, seems to be a misnomore for this freeper.
Has anyone ever heard of ANY participant (Democrat or Republican anyway) in a Presidential debate that said they LOST the debate?
LOL ... one in agreement. Gimme a break. This is an excellent way to get the press to cover Kerry's lies.
Last night's debate will have zero effect on the election. The only way to possibly change that is to come out today and 'admit' you lost it.
Orange Marmalade is great when used in preparations for an orange sauce to use on Chicken or Duck...
Debate Vanity Marker #1,219
I don't really care if Bush 'lost' the debate or not. I'm more interested in him not losing the election.
Today is STRICTLY an apple-cinammon butter day here...
Yep, it's because I don't have my 'rose colored glasses' on this morning. LOL I support President Bush. I KNOW his heart is good, and it shows by the lead he has in the polls, but he stumbled all over the debate last night. I'm only sorry that he has two more debates to go. He's just not a good in debates.
