How very Christianlike of you. But that's not what you really mean, is it? You mean something more. In Christianity, and indeed in some other faiths, this social responsiblity is well defined but it remains an act of free will often enhanced by grace. But it is not imposed via government- for such charity cannot be successfully imposed by government and still retain its nobility, bring hope and joy to the giver and the receiver, or even fufill its loving purpose. It becomes instead coercion, oppression, forced parasitization, and divisive hatred. Not to mention coercion never works- it only creates more of the misery it was supposed to diminish.
What you really meant to say is that people shouldn't have property rights because you some bureaucrat in the Federal Government- or since you are a Kerry Kool-Aid drinker, some UN bureaucrat- knows better than you how to help your neighbor.
