OK folks, I'm pumped up and ready for Tuesday! I've seen President Bush four times...the first time he spoke at my daughter's commencement at Ohio State.

I've seen him 3 times during his presidential campaign here in Ohio, one of which being in my hometown..bringing my total to 4. Each time I left with an overwhelming feeling of joy, excitement, and awe.

I know lots of you can beat that!

Feel free to share your personal experiences and pics here, and how seeing our president touched your heart.....

Gee, I don't know. I saw him about 50 times in 1967-1968 when we were both students. I have seen him, in person, perhaps that many times since then.

I saw President Bush for my first time today here in Miami, Florida. He held a rally with about 9K people. Not bad for a Sunday morning in heavily Democrat, Miami-Dade County. I was two feet away from him. May God Bless this man!

Never: no one is campaigning in MD. But my son was one of the Boy Scouts who set up for his innauguration. Mr. Bush shook the hand of each of them.

About 3,000 or so.

Of course, I live in Midland, went to his church, was in his Bible study, and lived in neighborhood.

Of course, at the time, never looked at him twice.

He has changed quite a bit.

I did when he went to Marlton New Jersey the other week and I shook his hand!

He's a fine man.

Don't kid yourself though, he's no wuss. He's got a quiet steely determination. He is focused, disciplined and will give it his all.

Twice in 2002 when he was in South Dakota stumping for Thune. I was lucky enough to shake his hand!

I've never met Bush 41. I've met both of his parents several times, and one of his uncles once.

They are all lovely people, and I am proud to have supported them.

I saw much of the rally on MSMBC. Was surprised they carried it, but they said they are doing it for both candidates.

I was very impressed with the crowd! Glad you got a chance to be a part of it.....

Once, way back in 2001. Actually shook his father's hand - (and Carter's too, but prefer not to talk about that one.)

Once, although I now live in Midland (just 6 years) but was on front line when he came right after 2000 election before inauguration, got to shake hands.

Saw GWB in person for the first time two weeks ago in St. Petersburg, FL!

Got my picture taken with lovely Laura this past Thursday in Sarasota, FL!

I have both Jeb & George P. 's autographs on a JEB sign from 2002 election.

And Congresswoman Katherine Harris wrote a personal message on the back of my campaign tee shirt yesterday!

Yipppppeeeee! It's great to be a Floridian!

Very impressive, Doug!

Although you have seen President Bush once, you certainly made the most of it! You get extra points for style.....:)
Great questions!

I've been votin' for my Dubya since '94 and haven't met him face to face.

SOOooo glad you did thought, and .....

Go, Dubya, GO !!!!

To ALL Freepers and Lurker voters:

GO to the polls and vote for Bush. Take your friends with you to do the same. If you know any Zell Miller type Democrats that support Bush and they are voting for him, take them as well.

Vote EARLY to avoid the rush, and remember:

IGNORE ANYTHING IN THE MEDIA YOU HEAR (i.e., making a fast, early call in Florida for Kerry, etc.). WE CAN AVOID A REPEAT OF THE FLORIDA ELECTION DEBACLE OF 2000 THIS YEAR IF GOP TURNOUT IS STRONG, imho.

[Expletive deleted] !!!
