AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 1388) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | November 8, 2004 | All of Us

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!

Good morning!!

Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

And so the democRATS continue to look out upon their election wasteland, pondering what could have been...

"Guess I'll need a ranch out there in South Dakata," said Tom Daschle, as he reflected upon the loss he took on November 2. "I'll teach those darn Dakotans a lesson, I'll be in their face every day, all year. By the way, Nancy, where is South Dakota?"

Why, it's just west of Minnesota, one of the few states we were able to work our special election magic," said Nancy Pelosi, responding to the request from the recalcitrant Senate democRAT leader.

"We would have won them all had John Kerry not flip-flopped on us and pulled our election specialists at the last minute."

"You're right, Terry, it's hard to know who to trust anymore. But that call you made to Ohio, Hillary, that was priceless, but I just can't get over the fact that Senator Kerry refused to stick to the script. He was supposed to use all those trial lawyers you had so thoughtfully pre-positioned in Ohio just for that purpose."

"Yes, Nancy, I had it all set up. I had the extra ballots all printed, and everything was ready to go, just according to the plan we had laid out. We had those devilish Republicans sweating, Hillary had our network partners on board, and John does us in. We would have had Ohio with just a couple more hours. My staff had the story all ready that dozens of ballot boxes had just been discovered in Cincinatti--we have to credit Paris Glendenning, that stunt of his in the 1994 election in Maryland was shear brillance. And we were ready to do it again!"

"Yes, he was a trailblazer. He knew how to get things done, how to protect the citizens, how to make sure that we took care of them because we know what's best for them. John just couldn't shake that flip-flop habit of his. We were even ready to announce that he had lost the election before we won it.

"Nancy, you are so right. If you can't trust a fellow democRAT, who can you trust?"

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

The story above is fictional. Any relationship to real individuals is only because the fiction of the democRAT party continues...

I was disappointed also Lysie.. It was amazing to see the changes in the people. and the ads . ouch. Reminded me again why I dislike TV.

Read that Howard Keel (age 85 & Miss Elly's second husband) died Sunday morning of colon cancer.

Glad you are back safely Jemian. Travel can be fun or a nightmare depending on a lot of circumstances. some folks (like my mom) are really homebodies & always prefer to be in their own place. to them travel is usually not satisfying.

Funny opening, Chair.

Reagan, on Saturday, I headed out of Fayetteville on Hwy. 64. Your B&B looks very attractive from the road. We would have stopped there except Fayetteville is just too far from Stevenson, AL where we spoke Sunday. BTW, does your place overlook the river?

It's been so long since you've been with us. How are you? How is your little girl? Isn't she around 3 or 4 now? I especially miss your cheery morning cup of coffee and my diet coke to share as we start the day.

Very clever! And probably with a strong ring of truth to it!

I predict that Hitlery will become an Evangelical Christian over the next four years, probably adopting a black and brown baby and becoming a Deaconess in some church!

Good morning. I was watching Kay Baley Hutchison on Fox and they asked her about a story in which the President was burdened by the 2000 close election, the attacks on his legitimacy, and his father only having one term. Apparently this election was a huge weight off his shoulders.

Kay agreed, saying the President is human like the rest of us.

I am doubly glad we won this election, so that the President can finally feel and KNOW that the American people are behind him!

Think we will get our first frost tonight. Pressure to do something with tropicals. Might try to just get them into garage for the time being. Now to make room in garage for them. HA ! We have lots of "good stuff" all over the place.

thanks for the humor in opening. I was breezing through a thread on which candidates to start keying on to defeat NEXT election. My thoughts were ALL OF THEM but dear Nancy is among the top of my list if we must be selective

We stayed at a Comfort Inn Saturday night and it was really comfortable. The bed was not too hard and the room was roomy enough to move around in. I was glad that we had brought our own pillows though. Motels never have enough pillows. This time it wasn't too bad.

We probably could have stayed with friends, but it seems that always inconveniences someone greatly. The motel was nice.

I would like her to start the monthly support for one specific missionary! Then, I'll consider believing her act. (Not really).

The bed was not too hard

It was at that point I drifted off into The Three Bears, for a moment. Are you Little Red Riding Hood? :-)

My dr. is suppose to call me today and let me know how long to keep this 'boot' on, or to tell me I have to drive into Houston to see him.

I saw his associate on Friday. I'm hoping he'll just say to wear the boot for a couple of weeks and then come see him.
