The History Channel takes on Hell

Just finished watching the History Channels program delving into the topic of Hell. Anyone catch it? I thought it was very good. Made me think alot about a few things I am struggling with in my life.

They explored the origins of Hell, along with the lack thereof of most descriptions in the Bible about it. Talked about what other religions say about it. Showed how modern day Satanists think about it. It was good for the most part, and I learned a few things I hadn't previously known about it.

I agree. Hell is the total absence of God. Thirsting for God unquenched, Hunger for God unfed, Desire unfulfilled, Searching for substance in emptiness, Looking for hope in a hopeless world, Looking for love in a selfish place. Spiritual anguish! The only devil that man should worry about is the one within himself. Love your enemy, for there is no enemy greater than yourself. Know yourself. God is within you and can overcome your selfish nature which is the devil. God is love.
