Get this:
Just substitute the web address of your pic and you're golden.
The picture has to be hosted online. photobucket has free webspace you can use to host your pictures.

img (Stands for image)
(space between img and src)
src (Stands for Source)
= (tells the computer that you are going to put in a destination)
"URL" (The url of the picture goes between quotation marks)
> (Closes the link)
put it all together and you get (with an unneeded space between the first karat and the img) < img src="http://webpages.charter.net/trussell/index.html/Hello.gif"> This is the URL for the picture of the waving stick figure.
Take the space out after the first karat (<) and you would get

Get a photograph.
Tape it to your monitor, pic side "in." Post a message, but leave a bunch of blank lines to accomodate the pic.
Be careful, b/c we can see out your monitor too.
