We've been watchin' our redneck neighbors... These are all plain-clothes cops - got radios, sidearms and cuffs on their belts, and we can't figure out what they're doin'.

There's two unmarked sedans and the SUV, a marked patrol car and ecurbh saw them bringing out some kind of little bags that they wrote on and then put in a bigger bag. Didn't look like they arrested anyone, no one sitting in any of the cars. That van belongs to a friend that is over all the time.

Ohh, excitement! When you described the cops bringing little bags out, I was thinking dope, but you said they didn't arrest anyone, so I guess that's not right. Hmmm.
