Ultimate wimpy RINO Chris Shays (RINO-CT) was just interviewed on Fox News. He is one of five GOP congressmen to vote against bill giving Terry Schiavo a right to federal judicial review.

In explaining his 'no' vote, Shays first expressed concern that people all around the country could petition Congress in similar cases, then added "I'm also concerned about all the people around the world whose lives we don't seem to be concerned about."

JUST WHAT THE HECK WAS SHAYS IMPLYING? Was this a slap at the war in Iraq?

Just yesterday I read that Shays, who represents wealthy Connecticut suburbs, is considered one of the most vulnerable GOP Congressmen in the 2006 election. I have to assume this was his way of letting his liberal constituents know that he is firmly pro-death.

Nah, Shays is a lock to stay in the House as long as he wants. He is the perfect RINO for our sorrowful blue state of CT and the mini-NYC Fairfield County he represents.

As for "offending Native Americans", I am surprised Chief Illinwek has survived
