Thursday is OVERNIGHT TERRI A BOTTLE OF WATER DAY

Posted on 03/23/2005 8:20:24 PM PST by johnnyb_61820

Hey Freepers -- let's make Thursday, March 24th "Overnight Terri Schiavo a Bottle of Water Day". Let's see how many thousands of bottles of water we can get shipped to Terri Schiavo. UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, whatever. Let's do overnight shipping and pack in as much water as you can afford to send! Call all your local and national radio shows and get them involved. I believe the address is:

Terri Schiavo Woodside Hospice 6774 102nd Ave Pinellas Park, FL 33782-2909

If someone has a better address, please post it below.

Let the water bottles pile up as a rebuke to those who would refuse her water.

If there were hundreds of thousands of bottles of water sitting outside the hospice, I think people would take notice. Secondly, water is the most urgent need. You can go 30 days without food, but only about a week without water.

"How exactly is she going to drink this water if she is not capable of swallowing"

She can swallow. She does not drool. This means she can and does swallow on a continual basis. She wouldn't likely be able to gulp it, but she certainly can swallow. Also, her former nurses have testified that she has historically been able to eat jello.

So, while she wouldn't be able to just take it and gulp it, the odds of her successfully being able to drink very small quantities at a time are very high.

people might notice a bunch of water bottles out there, but that doesnt help Terri a damn bit.....its a futile effort if you can't personally deliver and help her swallow the water yourself, which you wont be able to do, as we have seen all day long....

and at this point in the game, any type of anything is better than nothing at all....

Maybe it's time to for a little civil disobedience and for those outside to carry the water into the hospice.

and that will help who in this instance??? You might get some water into Terri for now, but then when the SWAT teams come in or whatever, then you have a real problem on your hands.

you might extend her life, but there could be others that get killed/wounded and I gaurantee Terri wouldnt have wanted that.....

We can at least make a point.

yeah you can make a point....to yourselves...

the people that are going ahead with this euthanization wont give a crap one way or the other....

this bottle on thursday thing is just as much symbolism as the law they passed in Washington....

these wild, emotionally driven ideas are really making this place sound like DU.

God has a plan for Terri. Be certain that if she is to live here, then He will find a way. If not, then God has called his child home after this ordeal to be in the arms of Christ....

I'm going to send a case....she needs to be saved.

By the way, I find it appropriate that this is Easter weekend. Had Jesus been alive, Terri would have been one of the people that would have been cured.

Matthew 21:14 and now the blind and crippled came to him and he healed them there in the temple.

Lord, when were you thirsty and I did not come and give you drink?

Surely, as you have done for the least of these my people, you have done unto me.

Storm the ramparts? With the growing number of supporters crowding around the Hospice, it is possible for the huge group to effectively take control of the area.
