You're correct! That is a good source and I have bookmarked it.

While I was at the site - I found this:

"A motion to remove Michael Schiavo as guardian, citing his failure to comply with Florida Law mandated guardianship requirements. This motion dates back to November of 2002, but the court has never ruled on it."

This is more than enough to reopen the case.

As Terri goes down for the third time the lifeguards sit on shore with a boat a working motor and extra trained life guard s helpers standing by..waiting orders

Also on the shore is the environmental guardian aka Greer with a piece of paper telling the life guards why it is they aren't allowed to rescue the woman they are sworn to protect..

As they debate and argue and petition and wring their hands and say things like "we are greatly saddened"..

A woman screams..her parents scream for help..a nation implores the lifeguards to do their job..

In the meantime the policy makers wrangle and argue and debate..the democrats throw rocks at everybody and the republicans issue edicts and prepare their glorious emotion chocked eulogies..meanwhile lamenting that it was the democrats who 'held them back'

Finally a woman dies a needless and brutal death...and then the blame game will begin..and the vultures will make as much political book on her death that they can..

The nation will never be the same..as the America that once was will die with Terri Schindler...

Our leaders all count on the American people having a short attention spans and even shorter memories..

They still don't grasp the power of the internet..

Soon they will come to the conclusion they must hobble it.

McCain & Feingold will no doubt help them out..

I sent an email just a little bit ago to the US Attny Generals Office asking that they send the US Marshals to arrest judge Greer for being in contemp of congress.

Maybe they will listen if everyone starts emailing a request?

Judge Greer is now KING GREER! He has given the fnger to the Congress and the President and the Governr...he cannot be stopped now....and their are HUNDREDS of other judges just waiting to be Kig of America also.

If Congress doesn't have a Contempt order for King Greer, they might as well all go home and let the judges run the country!

Well .. it was a news article I was reading - and it also said that there is another judge from the same county who's wife also sits on the board.

I had no reason to disbelieve it. If somebody can prove that is false information - fine. Since media is well-known for not getting their facts correct - I would presume someone would have corrected me by now.

Even by the low standards of lawyers' ethics, it should have been incumbent upon Greer to recuse himself. I think what comes out about the players in this case will not be comfortable for supporters of Michael.

What really got me was how a lowlife asst. State Attorney, Bernie McCabe, for Pasco/Pinellas counties could have an FDLE investigation stopped. Stuff like that is totally unprecedented and the agents are ready and willing to be subpoenaed accd. to the Empire Journal piece.

This thing has so many links it boggles the mind.

Really. I haven't read that. I have heard about the other judge's wife - his name is John Lenderman and his wife is Martha - but a google search nets nothing on Patricia Greer. I'm not saying it's not true, just that it hasn't been proven.

In fact a freeper on another thread posted that they called the hospice and asked and was told that Greer's wife is not a board member.

Of course, they're being federally investigated for medicare fraud so who knows if they're telling the truth. :)
