Here is the Motion to allow Natural Feeding filed on February 28, 2005, which Greer denied.

"Nice touch"
Thank you, we do try in our unsophisticated and doltish way.
What baseless speculation-what hysteria? Rational discussion of an irrational out of control Judiciary that is deliberately starving a aboslutely helpless but otherwise very much alive young woman to death for no good reason, is doing FR no favors? Smokey backroom my Judge Greer-More like FR home page.
"Funny as hell" ? What you find to be humerous, is more revealing than you are capable of understanding.

The facts mean nothing if a liberal activist judge puts politics above everything.

It surely follows the line of pure legal reasoning we have seen employed in this murder in progress.

I'm thinking of starting a new thead. Should Terri be put on a US coin, or should she put on Mt. Rushmore? That's actually very funny.
Can a judge order someone to be directly killed? That's my question, not what do you all think about Saint Terri.
It's a very serious question, It's not at all funny.
To: bvw
From a legal standpoint the Judge is a murderer.
=======
But from a liberal standpoint the Judge is a magnificent HERO !!!
And if you don't believe it, just tune in any MSM station !!! ;-))

No kidding. I was away from FR for a week and I come back to find people who think Terri should be the Christ figure in a Passion Play, and now this.

well giving Morphine to a person being starved and dehydrated WILL ACCELERATE HER DEATH. Same difference but more PC. No, it's not "same difference", and it's not PC.
I've pushed morphine on dying patients, I know all about it.
But I wouldn't obey a court order to do so, if it was not clinically indicated, since I do not believe any court has the power to order me to do it.
Ordering that someone not be fed is an order to kill them.
It's not like an order to give pain relief, it's like an order to shoot someone.
This power has never resided in US courts before now.
Where does it come from?

You need to chill out.Of course I do. I still stand by my post, though.

there are a multitude of threads you can busy yourself with if the subject of Terri Schiavo strikes you as irrelavant. There's also a multitude of Terri Schiavo-related threads on which this idiotic theory could have been posted. A separate vanity thread not only was unnecessary, but bolsters the appearance of FR as nothing but a gathering of nuts.
To: Jim Noble
Could Judge Greer Order Teresa Schiavo to be Shot? Only if he preferred a more humane end to her life.

No, but we now have a sure fire, Mega-Lib APPROVED method of interrogating terrorists/and controlling convicted pedophiles
just insert a feeding tube and they either spill their guts or it's the celestial dirt nap through dehydration for you!
