May God Hold Terri and her family in his loving arms, and I will leave the vengeance part to the Lord, but I'm my mind each of the people that killed Terri should die this way when their time comes. After all, didn't they tell us it's peaceful and painless.

Don't blame the republicans.
Republican Judge
Republican Legislature
Republican Governor
Republican President
Republican Congress
Who are we going to blame, the Russians?

Republican Judge = RINO
Republican Legislature = Hampered by stupidity
Republican Governor = Shackled by Law
Republican President = Went as far as he could without stomping state's rights.
Republican Congress = Stuck their necks out only to be criticized by their constituents.

Thank you. I just shake my head in amazement at the thinking of so many. Just as the loony left that we vilify and laugh at many on the right have lost sight of the fact that we are a nation of laws and just can't have the political class running over another branch government. We, as the left, will have decisions we don't like. If you don't like what is happening work to change the law and get in judges that you think my read the law the way you want.
This BS of it is end of Jeb's career is just that. He and his brother did what they could and should be applauded for their efforts.

Right. It is not a party issue. It is a lying husband backed by a death cult lawyer and a stupid judge allowed to flourish in a broken system.

Even so...it is a Republican problem. None of this need have occured. Jeb had 6 years in which to recognize the problem inherent in the 1999 amendment and correct it, and he did nothing and continues to do nothing.

Terri has died, so this isn't the time. But we must recognize that role of omission in the case.

Well I hope you find all the answers to your problems in the Kerry, Clinton, Kennedy camp because thats who you support by damning the people who tried their best to help within the law. If you want to live in a banana republic pack your bags.

I agree completely with the spirit of what you said, but you've missed the problem and the solution.
The problem is that our legislators have allowed their rightful power to be usurped by the judicial system. The only real solution here is for the legislators to force the judiciary to relent. Barring that, they need to begin disbanding, and re-organizing the judiciary. Rather than trying to impeach a judge, just eliminate his court, or a complete court system.
