I've been watching this puppy all week. It was fighting too much dry air to really develop much, but now that the models have it moving north of Hispanola, it should probably develop into Harvey before hitting Florida or possibly shooting the gap into the Gulf.
What fun.

Those models are remarkably aligned out to 120 hours, well north of Hispaniola.
