"Top physicists and UFO researchers have visited the Gilliland Ranch and have personally seen the ships and have gone on record. Astrophysicists, Nuclear Physicists, Biophysicists, Air Force design engineers, traffic control people and others with degrees far surpassing Peters education. We are recieving many complaints from people who have had legitimate sightings that were ridiculed when trying to give a report. One has to ask the obvious question."
I'll say here what I said on the thread of a previous post which I did several months ago about the Roswell, N.M. story.
My 5 children and I stood on the 2nd floor bedroom balcony of our home in the countryside near Boston, on a crisp, clear, cold February night around 8 PM. We each had high-powered safari binoculars, which actually wouldn't have been necessary, as we could have seen the giant UFO mothership and the little individual "baby craft" without binoculars.
The mother ship was hovering possibly several thousand ft. above one of the treelines. The baby craft were buzzing around the bottom of the mothership, going in and out of a huge lighted aperture in the bottom of the big ship.
This activity continued for some 15 minutes. Then, abruptly all of the little ones were almost like they'd been sucked up into the lighted aperture. The opening closed. No more light was seen other than some twinkling lights on the giant craft......and then it shot off at about a 45 degree angle. Within about 30 seconds, it was a spot the size of a quarter, and then another several seconds, it had disappeared.
This occurred in the early 1970's outside of Boston. Neither I nor my children have "mental problems," and I can assure you that no mind altering substances had been imbibed by any of us that night.
BTW, I have a friend who lives in Sedona, AZ, and she sees these phenomena frequently.
Char :)

OT: My son accidently put gas in the oil tank the other day in the lawn mower, I think I dumped all of it out, but the lawn mower still won't start on a full tank of gas. Does anyne know what I can do, or is the lawn mower a goner? Shouldn't affect it if you are sure you drained all the gas. A small amount of gas left in would at worst thin your oil.

Son of a gun, don't cha know I went outside put a little oil in the thing and it started right up! I think I just needed to let that gas dry out because there was nothing in the oil tank.
Thank for all your replys, now yous guys go back to your aliens.

My UFO Story... When I was just a little guy (5 or 6), my dad and I would often spend a half-hour or so sitting on the front steps before bedtime. He'd let me just ramble on about whatever was on my mind, and of course treat it as if it were near-Biblical wisdom.
One night we were sitting there (about 10PM) and a HUGE glowing disk went over our home. No sound, no wind in its passing. Thinking back I'd say it was probably 2 or 3 thousand feet up. It just passed over, without incident. I of course was jumping up and down and pointing at it. Dad sat quietly, looking upward, with his mouth gaped open in wonder. I was too excited to sleep and was up almost all night.
The next day, Mom and Dad had evidently decided that the subject was taboo and told me it was probably just a weather balloon or something. In later years he told me that he and Mom had decided not to tell anyone lest people think us to be a bunch of crazies. Anyway, that's my UFO story.
This was in N/E Texas about 1963 or 1964, just in case anyone knows of any sightings in that area and during that time.

I read it online by Googling it. I can't remember the site but use Google to find the various resources.
It is all about fallen angels mixing with human women and the product of those unions. Many experts in prophecy make the link to Enoch's nephilim and the UFO's, abductions, etc.
Biblical scholars like Chuck Missler believe that what are thought to be aliens are actually demons or fallen angels (some people differ as to the definition of those two categories of being). The presumed strategy is that if fallen angels can make humans think they are aliens and have mucho technology, humans will drop their faith in God and follow the aliens...to their leader, Satan.
Of course, all theory.
But all abduction experiences indicate that the experience is intrinsically evil and usually sexual in nature. I don't even bother with questions as to whether people have had abduction experiences. I approach the whole matter in a more basic way. All abductees seem to suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (per John Mack, now deceased former chairman of Harvard Med School Dept of Psychiatry...google him too). Which means something happened if only in their heads or...
Anyway, let me know what you think. There are many biblical scholars that are focusing on this theory to ignore it.

Here is a link to a translation of Enoch (I think from the Dead Sea Schrolls), notice the talk of orbits (I presume orbits around the sun) from a period long before Galileo (17th century). Mind blowing stuff.

It looks like worthwhile reading- I noticed a couple of comments about it while searching- one reader thought it linked Genesis to Revelations. another (Evangelical) group was against it, etc. Many different thoughts and a wide range of ideas.
I will check it out. Thanks.

Keep your sense of balance about you. This stuff is very disorienting.
It isn't hard to see why some people would run away from it...it is frightening.
But of course, that isn't the question. The question is...what is true?
Rely on your judgement to separate myth from fact. My experience in this kind of stuff is that the more one goes at it empirically and clinically (but with an open mind)...the more the truth emerges from the mist.

the object stretched out like a rubber band. It grew to about twice its original size, and then it was gone.
(That's definitely a military aircraft.) At least its the BUDGET for a military aircraft!
